政治关联在一定程度上能帮助企业发展,使企业突破各种管制、进入壁垒,获得更优惠的税率、专利保护等条件,从而更容易获得生存发展空间。但是,政治关联也会给企业带来额外的成本支出和惰性,使企业对政治关联产生依赖,不利于企业长远发展。新常态下我国企业建立政治关联的新途径是,只有提升政府的透明度,完善“负面清单”等制度,才能更好地推动我国经济可持续发展。
To a certain extent, political affiliations can help enterprises to develop, so that enterprises can break through various regulations, enter barriers, obtain more favorable tax rates and patent protection conditions, and thus make it easier for them to obtain space for survival and development. However, the political connection will also bring extra cost and inertia to the enterprise, making the enterprise dependent on the political connection and not conducive to the long-term development of the enterprise. Under the new normal, a new way for Chinese enterprises to establish political links is to improve the sustainable development of China’s economy only by improving the transparency of the government and perfecting the system such as the “negative list”.
