采用热模拟技术,对于铸件不同模数,就Cr27抗磨白口铸铁中的锰、钼、镍(铜)等 合金元素对铸铁硬度的影响进行了研究.对于中等壁厚铸件,找到了合适的Cr27抗磨白口的 化学成分和热处理规范.用研制的合金成分生产杂质泵铸件,其使用寿命长.
The effects of alloying elements, such as manganese, molybdenum and nickel (copper), on the hardness of cast iron in Cr27 anti-wear white cast iron were studied by using thermal simulation technique. For medium-wall castings, the chemical composition and heat-treatment specifications for a suitable Cr27 anti-wear white finish were found. Impurity pump castings are made from the alloying components developed for long service life.
