越鞠保和丸,是越鞠丸加味而成。越鞠丸是元代名医朱丹溪在《丹溪心法》中杰出方剂之一,是行气解郁之名方。越鞠丸由五种药组成:香附、川芎、苍术、栀子、神曲,是主治“六郁”(气、血、痰、火、湿、食)的基本方剂。六郁常表现为胸闷胸痞,脘腹胀痛,嘈杂吐酸,食欲不振。方中之香附行气解郁以治气郁;川芎行气活血以治血郁;苍术燥湿健脾以治湿郁,兼理湿痰气逆;梔子清
