从福建省住房城乡建设厅获悉,为了打造透明便民的保障性住房分配机制,该厅日前印发《福建省保障性住房配租配售流程图》,明确了保障房分配的具体流程,从10个环节规范配租配售行为。据介绍,《福建省保障性住房配租配售流程图》设置了申请、初审、公示、多部门联合复审、复核认定、公示、予以登记进入轮候、选房签订租售合同、年度申报和审核、退出等10个环节,形成保障性住房配租配售闭合体系,统一全省配租配售流程。
