“情感”是对外界刺激肯定或否定的心理反应。如喜欢、愤怒、悲伤、恐惧、爱慕、厌恶等,简言之,情感是一种真情流露与投入。情感教育就是围绕着教学目标,综合了教学内容,寓教于情,使教学处于一种亲切、愉悦、和谐的氛围中,心情舒畅,从而最大限度地调动学生的积极性,点燃他们智慧的火花。也就是说,教师要用“情”、用“心”去教育、感化学生。技工学校教育的对象是初中毕业生,他们大多数是在升学无望、就业无门的情况下来到技校学一技之长的。他们不像大学生那样有“天之骄子”的美誉和自豪,也不敢奢望成为未来的白领一族,引人
