由于我国地域幅员辽阔,南北温差大,当进入冬期施工的时间也相差很大,南方地区很少出现冬期施工。笔者就针对临沂地区的冬期施工谈点想法。临沂地区现在已经进入冬期施工,对于混凝土的浇筑和养护必须按照JGJ/T 104—2011《建筑工程冬期施工规程》要求进行施工。为了确保冬期浇筑混凝土的质量,我公司对施工单位还提出如下要求:(1)负责混凝土浇筑计划的管理者,必须天天收听或搜寻临沂市的天气预报,当日最低气温低于-3℃时,必须提前一天使用
