建立现代企业制度是一项十分浩大复杂的社会系统工程,涉及的范围广、问题多,有许多新情况、新矛盾需要人们去研究和探索。笔者认为,就方法论而言,辩证地认识、处理好以下几个关系,对建立现代企业制度至关重要。一、制度与体制弄清建立现代企业制度与进行市场经济体制改革的关系,认识现代企业制度在市场经济中的地位和作用,可以帮助我们从整体上明确建立现代企业制度的重大意义,增强搞好企业改革,建立现代企业制度的自觉性。
The establishment of a modern enterprise system is a very large and complex social system project. It involves a wide range of issues and many problems. There are many new situations and new contradictions that people need to study and explore. The author believes that in terms of methodology, dialectically recognizing and handling the following relationships is crucial to the establishment of a modern enterprise system. I. Institutions and systems Understanding the relationship between the establishment of a modern enterprise system and the reform of the market economy system, and understanding the status and role of the modern enterprise system in a market economy can help us to clearly define the significance of establishing a modern enterprise system as a whole and strengthen Good corporate reform and the establishment of a modern enterprise system consciousness.
