平菇是国内外著名的食用菌之一。菌体肥大,味美质脆,产量高,抗杂菌能力强,容易栽培。过去常用的栽培方法有木墩栽培,段木栽培,锯末栽培等等。用这些方法栽培需要木材或其加工付产品作原料,来源受到限制,不适宜在广大农村推广。为了扩大培养料的来源,我们就地取材,利用粉碎的稻草粉、细糠加上淀粉厂的废水
