迫使世界皮革工业转移的因素有: 1、欧洲国家颁布的人身健康、安全及环境保护等项法规日益严格,而且迫使制革商执行的措施十分强硬。 2、世界皮革工业的原料皮源在远东地区,欧洲地区没有原料皮源。 3、远东地区的非生产性开支,特别是劳动力开支远远低于欧洲地区,这是导致皮革生产地由欧洲向远东迁移的强有力的因素。一个国家如降低汇率鼓励出口,必将导致通货膨张,进而使国家经济衰退、货币贬值。
Factors that force the transfer of the world’s leather industry are: 1. The regulations on personal health, safety and environmental protection promulgated by European countries have become increasingly stringent, and the measures imposed on tanners are very tough. 2. The source of leather for the world leather industry is in the Far East, and there is no source of raw materials for the European region. 3. The non-productive expenditures in the Far East, especially the labor expenditures, are far lower than those in Europe. This is a strong factor that causes the migration of leather production from Europe to the Far East. A country that lowers the exchange rate to encourage exports will inevitably lead to inflation, which will cause the country’s economic recession and currency devaluation.
