物资协作是计划经济和市场调节相结合的一种有效形式,在我国经济建设中占有重要的地位。各地的物资协作,是根据当地综合平衡情况和国民经济发展的中、长期规划,在各级政府的关心支持以及计委、经委等经济综合部门密切配合下,有领导有计划有组织地进行的。随着国民经济的发展和生产建设规模的不断扩大,协作物资所占的比重和所起的作用也愈来愈大。
Material cooperation is an effective form of a combination of planned economy and market regulation, occupying an important position in the economic construction of our country. The material cooperation in various places is based on the medium and long-term planning of the comprehensive balance of the local economy and the national economic development. With the close support of governments at all levels and the comprehensive economic departments such as the Planning Commission and the Economic Commission, there are leaders in a planned and organized manner . With the development of the national economy and the ever expanding scale of production and construction, the proportion of cooperative materials and the role played by them have also been increasing.
