Regional Development and Development Strategy of West Development in Chengdu: On June 7, 2007, the National Development and Reform Commission approved the establishment of “National Comprehensive Reform Experimental Zone for Urban and Rural Areas” in Chengdu and Chongqing. The pilot area of Cheng-Yu mainly relies on geographical advantages, formed industrial base and industrial advantages, undertakes the transfer of manufacturing industries in the east, explores the industrial development mode of coordination between urban and rural areas, industry and agriculture, breaks through the administrative divisions and promotes regional economic integration. According to the resource conditions of both parties and the industrial base, we should strengthen the division of labor and coordination and make overall plans for the layout of regional industries.
