本文通过分析计算和试验相结合,探讨了圆板模型具有单孔输入热量和多孔输入热量时温度响应的简化计算方法。其中着重讨论了两个问题:一是计算圆板模型温度响应时,用一个按等效放热能力原则确定的放热系数以简化温度场求解。在单孔输入热量条件下,计算结果与实测值比较,得到相当满意的结果;二是对多孔输入热量的圆板温度响应,则用单孔输入热量的温度响应进行叠加,并通过与试验结果进行相比,表明该方法在工程近似计算中的实际意义。
In this paper, a simplified calculation method for the temperature response of the circular plate model with single-hole input heat and porous input heat is discussed through analysis and calculation combined with experiments. Among them, two issues are discussed. First, when calculating the temperature response of the circular plate model, a heat release coefficient determined according to the equivalent heat release principle is used to simplify the temperature field solution. In the case of single-hole input heat, the calculated results are compared with the measured values, and quite satisfactory results are obtained. Second, the temperature response of the circular input of the porous input heat is superposed by the temperature response of the single-hole input heat, and passes the test result. The comparison shows that the method has practical significance in engineering approximate calculations.
