牙周病松牙固定是将患有牙周病的松动牙连接结扎并固定在邻近的健康牙上,形成一个新的咀嚼单位,从而达到保护松动牙,分散(牙合)力,减轻牙周组织负荷,增强支持能力,提高咀嚼效率的目的。笔者用松牙固定方法治疗牙周病20例,取得较好效果,现报道如下。资料与方法一、病例选择牙周病松牙固定主要适用于下前牙。由于下前牙承受(牙合)力小,合力方向近垂直,即使患牙松动达Ⅲ°,亦
