企业员工满意度是员工对其所从事工作的满意程度,即员工通过自己的劳动所获得的实际收益与其期望收益相比较后形成感觉状态。随着市场经济的飞速发展,企业员工的流动性大大增强,“招工难,用工荒”的问题日益凸显出来。如何将人才留下是每个企业管理者应该慎重考虑的问题。本文通过分析当前企业人力背景,设定评价指标原则和指标依据,最终确立出测评企业员工工作满意度的评价体系。
The degree of employee satisfaction is the employee’s level of satisfaction with the work they perform, that is, the actual income the employee gains from his or her own labor is compared to his expected return. With the rapid development of the market economy, the mobility of employees has been greatly enhanced, and the problem of “recruitment difficulties and labor shortage” has become increasingly prominent. How to leave talented people is a problem that every enterprise manager should carefully consider. This paper analyzes the current human resources background, sets the principle of evaluation indicators and indicators, and finally establishes an evaluation system for assessing employees’ job satisfaction.
