近年来我国的安全生产事故频发、职业病发病率日渐上升,这些都反映出我国在对劳动者保护的过程中存在较大的问题、对劳动者的劳动安全卫生权的保护方面观念错位,措施不力。笔者通过对安庆市当地一家企业进行实地调研的方式浅析劳动安全卫生权的保护现状。
