中央电视台计算机信息网络与管理系统工程(简称“953工程”)是中央电视台于1995年3月正式批准立项的工程。其建设极大程度地推动了中央电视台电视业信息化的突破性进展,并终将载入中国广播电视台事业发展的光辉史册。该工程无论从设计还是技术上都覆盖极广,主要包括网络构建、办公自动化(OA)系统的构建、Internet系统的构建以及应用管理与控制(AMCS)系统的构建等。该项目总体方案的规划、设计和技术实施由北京航天四创高科技中心与中央电视台技术管理部门合作承担。航天四
