病历摘要牛×,男,3个月。近一个多月来两次间断左右腮部硬肿伴低热及哭闹。第1次发病为右腮部硬肿,诊为“耳前淋巴结周围炎。”第2次左腮部硬肿,因查血常规发现贫血(血红蛋白6.6克％,白细胞为19500/立方毫米)而由口腔科转来我科就诊。查体:体温37.7℃,营养发育尚可,哭声哑,头围40厘米,左面颊至耳前皮肤可见4×5厘米范围隆起,边界不清,质地硬,局部略红。心肺未发现异常。腹软,肝
