疑问1:如何看待医疗支出越来越高?在很多国家,医疗支出占GDP的比重不断攀升,这引起了广泛的担忧。北京大学中国医药经济研究中心主任刘国恩教授的观点与众不同——增加趋势将无法避免。刘国恩的理由是,随着人们生活水平的提高,房子、汽车、服装等的支出会有极限值,达到一定程度后边际回报势必下降,但是医疗卫生服务将是特例,因为一位老人不会因为年龄的增长而愿意减少在医疗上的花费。
