医院以其行业性质的特殊性,决定了它的服务方向和宗旨。即在办院过程中,要坚持“救死扶伤、实行社会主义的人道主义”精神和全心全意为人民服务的宗旨。基于这个思想,我们认为,深化医院改革首先必须紧紧围绕办院宗旨,在坚持正确方向的前提下进行。这样,通过对医院体制、布局、管理模式和制度的改革,才能达到在国家计划的宏观调控下,实现为社会提供优质的医疗保健服务的目的。
The hospital has decided its service direction and purpose with the special nature of its industry. That is to say, in the process of running a hospital, we must adhere to the spirit of “rescuing death and rehabilitating people and implementing socialist humanitarianism” and the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. Based on this ideology, we believe that the deepening of hospital reform must first of all focus on the purpose of running the hospital and proceed on the premise of adhering to the correct direction. In this way, through the reform of the hospital’s system, layout, management model, and system, it is possible to achieve the goal of providing quality healthcare services to the society under the macro-control of the state plan.
