卫生改革必须坚持正确的社会主义方向,否则就会造成思想认识上的混乱、道德观念上的困惑,从而导致卫生改革的目标偏离。近些年来,卫生改革促进了卫生事业的发展。具体来说,主要表现在以下几方面:一是在国家财政的卫生事业费不足的情况下,想方设法,多方集资办医,努力争取地方、集体、个人的支持,保证了医疗卫生事业与社会、经济的同步发展。二是初步调整了医疗收费标准,是社会价值补偿的合理要求。
