机械设备上的联锁装置,是为了防止设备上的某些运动机构,在同时执行各自的运动时,不使发生冲突或对撞;或为了防止同时接通两种不应同时动作的运动;或者使机械设备中的一些运动,按照一定的程序动作。联锁装置的操作和动作,必需简便灵活,安全可靠。而且机构也要尽可能地简单、紧凑,以期体现综合经济效益。这里介绍几种结构简单,操作方便,运动灵活可靠,可用于机床齿轮箱或其他设备中的联锁装置。1.双杆式联锁装置图1所示是机床齿轮箱操纵杆所采用的一种基本型式的联锁机构。其他不同的结构形式,大都是在此基础上作了一些改进。
