In order to explore the effect of different phosphorous (P) concentrations in nutrient solution on K326 tobacco seedlings, better quality tobacco seedlings were cultivated. In this experiment, the effects of different concentrations of P on the morphology, chloroplast pigment, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, nitrate reductase (NR) activity and root activity of K326 tobacco seedling were detected by the combination of solution culture and experimental analysis.
