目的应用氟保护漆(A组)、舒适达牙膏(B组)、Nd:YAG激光(C组)对患牙本质敏感症的牙齿进行脱敏治疗,观察这三种方法对牙本质敏感症的治疗效果。方法选取2009年至今就诊于一汽总医院口腔门诊的左上颌第一前磨牙(x±s)患有牙本质敏感症的210位患者,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组70人,分别应用氟保护漆(A组)、舒适达牙膏(B组)、Nd:YAG激光(C组)对受试牙齿进行脱敏治疗,一个疗程后对其疗效进行比较。结果 A、B、C三组脱敏总有效率分别为64.3%,85.7%,95.7%。结论 Nd:YAG激光的脱敏效果优于氟保护漆和舒适达牙膏,是目前较为理想的脱敏方法。
OBJECTIVE To desensitize the dentin-sensitized teeth with fluoride protective paint (group A), comfort toothpaste (group B) and Nd: YAG laser (group C), and to observe the effect of these three methods on dentine hypersensitivity treatment effect. Methods Totally 210 patients with dentin hypersensitivity who had been diagnosed with FA in the oral clinic at FAW General Hospital from 2009 to the present were randomly divided into A, B and C groups of 70 , The tooth desensitization treatment was carried out with fluoride protective paint (group A), comfort toothpaste (group B) and Nd: YAG laser (group C) respectively. The curative effect was compared after one course of treatment. Results The total desensitization efficiencies of group A, B and C were 64.3%, 85.7% and 95.7% respectively. Conclusion The desensitization effect of Nd: YAG laser is better than that of fluoride protective paint and comfort toothpaste, which is an ideal desensitization method at present.
