由中电总公司国际合作局许社全局长带队,华晶公司、华越公司、机电部一所、55所和48所等8人组成的CHINATRON代表团于1992年6月13日至28日参观了在旧金山MOSCONE展览中心的国际半导体设备、材料展览会。会后参观了HP、Applied Materials、Lam Research、Ultratech、VLSI、GCA、Eaton、AT&T、SVG、Drytek、Pioneer、Techlink、HT等14家公司。通过上述活动,了解到半导体设备、技术和集成电路的主要情况、前沿和发展趋势,以及寻求中电总公司与国际合作的意向。现将主要情况介绍如下:
A delegation from CHINATRON, led by Xu She, Director of International Cooperation Bureau of CLP Corporation, Huajing Company, Huayue Company, a Department of Electrical and Mechanical Services, 55 persons and 48 persons visited from June 13 to June 28, 1992 International Semiconductor Equipment, Materials Exhibition at the MOSCONE Exhibition Center in San Francisco. After the conference, 14 companies including HP, Applied Materials, Lam Research, Ultratech, VLSI, GCA, Eaton, AT & T, SVG, Drytek, Pioneer, Techlink and HT visited. Through the above activities, we have learned about the major situations, frontiers and trends of semiconductor equipment, technologies and integrated circuits, as well as the intention of seeking the head office of CEC with international cooperation.
