电视胸腔镜肺叶切除治疗肺癌已广泛应用于胸外科临床,但术中可能因为各种情况而中转为传统开胸术。全文对中转开胸的原因进行分析,并结合文献和自己的经验,提出了在保证手术安全的前提下减少中转开胸的措施,以期进一步提高胸腔镜肺叶切除治疗肺癌的技术水平。
Video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of lung cancer has been widely used in thoracic surgery, but intraoperative may be due to a variety of circumstances and transferred to traditional thoracotomy. The full text of the analysis of the causes of transfer to thoracotomy, combined with the literature and their own experience, proposed to ensure the safety of surgery under the premise of reducing transit to open thoracotomy, with a view to further improve thoracoscopic lobectomy for lung cancer technology.
