宝鸡市泵站测试改造技术试点是省水利水保厅1988年下达的项目,经过3年的努力,完成了任务.宝鸡市有电灌站1152座、装机1954台、容量5.99万 kW、灌溉面积76万多亩。为解决设备老化、效益衰减、能源单耗高等问题,宝鸡市水管站先后对东风、何家、视卜李、七一等5座抽水站采用了不同的测试方法,通过资料分析,提出了技术改造方案,并通过对祝卜李、七一抽水站的部分改造,装置效益较前提高了20%~36%,年可节电3.58万 kW·h,直接经济效益2.58万元,投资回收年限仅1.44年。元月12~13日,省水利厅、宝鸡市科委邀请有关院校和大型灌区管理单位的教授、专家对该项成果进行了签定。专家认为:该成果利用均速管测定单机流量和利用钢弦测功仪现场测定离心水泵轴
