如果团队中有一个消极怠工的队员,应该把他清理出团队,还是依靠大家的力量来改变他呢?最近因为公司的项目,我与一家企业班组进行合作。接触一段时间后,我发现这个班组里有位员工并不积极出力,常常喜欢发出不同的声音。他抱怨任务无趣,还不断质疑其他人的想法不好。可是如果有人问他有什么好的建议,他却拿不出方案来。一旦任务遇到难题,他又会公开质疑团队的取胜能力。
If there is a negative team member in the team, should he be cleared out of the team, or rely on the strength of everyone to change it? Recently because of the company’s project, I work with a business team. After some contact, I found that some employees in this group did not actively contribute and often liked to make different voices. He complained of boring tasks and constantly questioned the misconceptions of others. However, if anyone asked him any good suggestions, he could not find a solution. Once the task encountered problems, he will openly question the team’s ability to win.
