为明确黑龙江省生物固氮资源,对某些禾本科杂草进行了结瘤现象的观察。 调查中发现早熟禾(Poa annua L.)根上有极个别小米粒大小的粉红色根瘤。从根瘤中分离出了内生菌,可在Ashby和根瘤菌培养基上生长,为白色粘液状菌落。在甘露醇—酵母培养基上测不出氮活性,当培养基里加入琥珀酸钠可测出固氮活性。固氮活性在0.14~0.36毫微克分子乙烯/管/小时。对几种杂草根系固氮活性测定表明,早熟禾根系固氮活性最高。
In order to clarify the biological nitrogen fixation resources in Heilongjiang Province, we observed the nodulation phenomenon of some grass weeds. The survey found that Poa annua L. had extremely small grains of pink nodules on its roots. Endophytes were isolated from nodules and grew on Ashby and rhizobia media as white, mucoid colonies. Nitrogen activity was not detected in mannitol-yeast medium, and nitrogen fixation activity was measured when sodium succinate was added to the medium. The nitrogen fixation activity is in the range of 0.14 to 0.36 nanomoles ethylene / tube / hour. Nitrogen fixation activity of several weeds roots showed that the root system of Kentucky bluegrass had the highest nitrogen fixation activity.
