处方干预是药师在调剂核对处方时发现医师不合理用药并及时予以干预,其目的是为了为促进合理用药,保障医疗用药安全,提高处方质量。通过结合处方干预制度要求,我院对妇幼药房的门诊处方进行合理干预。药师对审核处方时发现的问题处方进行逐项登记,并将干预后的结果进行记录,按月对不合理处方进行统计分析并提出整改措施。临床资料2014年我院妇幼药房窗口干预不合理处方346张。按照《处方管理办法》、《医院处方点评管理规范
Prescription intervention is that the pharmacist found that the doctor irrationally used drugs and intervened in time when he adjusted the prescriptions, in order to promote rational drug use, ensure medical drug safety and improve the quality of prescriptions.
