There is a group of people who are supposed to have stable “home” or about to have a new “home”， but they have to be on the way for the most of the time because of work. Rushing about， airplanes， and business trips almost take up their whole life. Most of them are perseverance and have extraordinary ability to bear hardships and stand hard work. They enjoy the busy business trips， and some of them even define them as “home on the tramp”. For us， rushing about is exhausting， but for them， rushing about is a way of life.
有这么一群人，他们中有的原本有着固定的“家”，有的正要建立一个全新的“家”，可因为工作需要，他们不得不常年奔赴在路上。赶时间、坐飞机、出差几乎占据了他们生活中的大部分。他们大多性格坚忍，有着异乎常人的吃苦耐劳的品质。他们享受着繁忙的出差工作，甚至把它定义为“流浪的家”。于我们而言，奔波是一种劳累，于他们，奔波则是一种生活方式。

My Own Life
在路上 我选我生活
Compere， singer， real estate engineer， public relation and star’s agent used to be Zeng Hongfei’s identities， but now he is a make-up artist always “on the way”.
From past till now， Zeng Hongfei’s rich experience seems telling him one thing， no matter in what kind of position， the identity of the person is changing from time to time. The seemingly stable work in the past brought him generous income and fixed residence， but he still chose to abandon those identities， walk out of the company and get rid of the control of the leadership. He thought very easily at that time and just wants to control his own life.
For him， those abandoned identities are just ways for a fledgling student to make a living. When Zeng graduated from Sichuan Conservatory of Music， he only thought how to support himself and get established in society， which may be one of the most pressing needs for all the graduated -- to live first and then enjoy the life. If the basic needs for life cannot be satisfied， how can a person think about his ideal？
主持人、歌手、地产策划、公关、明星经纪人，这些都曾经是曾宏飞的身份之一，而现在，他是一个经常行走“在路上”的化妆师。
从过去到现在，曾宏飞丰富的阅历似乎都在对他诉说着同一件事，不论身在什么样的位置，在做事过程中人的身份始终是在不断转换中的。以前做过那些看似稳定的工作，也曾经为他带来优厚的收入，固定的住所，而他却依然选择抛弃那些身份，走出公司，走出领导的掌控，他当时的想法很单纯，只不过想把控自己的人生罢了。
对他来说，以前那些被他抛弃掉的身份只不过是一个初出茅庐的学生用来谋生的手段而已，从四川音乐学院毕业时，他想到的只有如何养活自己，如何在社会上立足，这或许是所有刚毕业学生们最迫切的一个需求，先生存再生活。如果生活不能温饱，又何谈理想？
Now Zeng Hongfei experiences no longer troubles of survival， but how to better enjoy his life. His present job needs him to follow the clients’ time arrangement. No matter it is in a theater group or for artist’s filming， those jobs are like cables that intertwine him within. In his eyes， there is no concept of nine-to-five and he runs directly to his job as long as work calls. When he started to do the job， he cannot adjust to it since the time is not fixed and income cannot be expected. But he soon got used to it. He said， he likes a lot the sense of achievement when finishes one make-up， which he can enjoy at every work. In terms of the clients， their praise is also the drive for his progress.
When spoke to the hardship， Zeng said， every job has its hard part. Unfixed working time and unable to make a clear distinction between work and rest time cannot be problems. Just like he said， “Since you choose this job， you should accept the accompanied tough things.” The difficulties are nothing to him for he himself keens on fashion. Though he feels bored when with the theater group in the fields， he gets refreshed as long as starts to work.
而现在的曾宏飞，更多体验到的不再是生存的困扰，而是如何更好地生活。他现在的工作性质导致他经常要跟着客户的时间走，不论是剧组还是艺人的拍摄，这些工作好像网线一样把他缠绕其中。在他眼里早已没有了朝九晚五的概念，只要工作召唤，那么就直线奔去。
刚开始做这份工作的时候，他也有不适应，时间不固定不说，收入也经常无法按照预期，不过，很快他就适应了。他说，他很享受每次完成一个妆之后的成就感，这样的成就感在每一次的工作中都能体会到。在客户方面，他们的称赞也都成为支撑他前进的动力。
说到辛苦，曾宏飞则这么看待，每份工作都有它辛苦的地方，工作时间不固定，无法明确区分工作和休息时间，这些并不能成为问题，因为就如他所说的，“既然选择了这份职业，那么也一定要接受这些艰苦。”对于本身就热衷于时尚的他来说，这些苦都已不算什么，虽然偶尔也会在跟着剧组到乡间野外的时候，感到枯燥无聊，但只要一开工，他的精神头立马就上来了。
Frequent business trips make him blur the feeling of home sometimes， so he can understand why some stars are very picky on hotels or beds and pillows. “Sometimes people cannot sleep well since the environment is so terrible.” It happens when Zeng is on traveling， and his way of dealing is to bring one piece of personal items with him. Sometimes it is the most commonly used perfume to create a sense of home through familiar smell， and sometimes it is an often-drink coffee to calm down his blundering soul.
Zeng Hongfei starts to get used to and enjoy his working status and treats this job as his life. He feels relaxed when he got rid of the past state of only working for survival. He said， “Although he still worries about the job， the feeling of being recognized is very good.” He often sends his pictures of working from dawn to night to the WeChat and enjoys his day in the theater group. It has become his normal life to strive forward readily no matter in outdoor scenes or indoor scenes late at night.
To be always on the way and in the status of departing is his chosen life and belongs to his own life style.
频繁的出差让他偶尔会模糊掉家的感觉，所以他很能理解一些明星会在酒店乃至床铺枕头上的挑剔。“有的时候环境真的很糟糕，会睡不好”，经常在出差状态中的他也会遇到这样的情况，他的处理办法就是随身带上一件贴身物品，有的时候是平时自己最常用的香水，用熟悉的气味营造家的感觉，有的时候则是平时经常喝的一款咖啡，用一杯咖啡安抚自己偶尔浮躁的灵魂。 开始习惯和享受现在工作状态的曾宏飞，已经把这份工作当做了一种生活，抛弃以前那种只为生存而工作的状态后，他整个人都舒缓了，他说，“虽然也会为工作的事儿操心，不过，慢慢被人认可的感觉真的挺好的。”他时不时地会在朋友圈发上他起早贪黑的靓照，也会享受在剧组日子。不论是外景还是挑灯夜战的内景拍摄，时刻全力以赴，已经成为了他的生活常态。
始终在路上，始终保持出发状态，他这样的人生，正是他自己所选，专属于他自己的生活方式。
Fu Chu jian ： Having Business Trips Is A Kind of Return
傅初建： 出差是一种回归
Fu Chujian is the chairman of Winning Star General Trading CO， L.L.C， whose business goes all over the world from Africa to Europe. Such a large-scale enterprise makes him the actual "flying trapeze". He travelled abroad for more than ten times every year， having been to almost every corner of the world.
If business travel is an episode for the life of average people， for him， it should be regarded as the main melody of life. I thought that he must had been fed up with such life on the go， but during my conversation with Chairman Fu， I could feel vitality and overflowing passion from every word of him. As a successful businessman， he did not put on the dog. What he had was the curiosity and passion for new things.
As for him， he does not choose business travels， but they chose him. It does not matter whether he can adapt himself to it or not， business travel is both an obligation and a responsibility for him. With so many things to think about and so many operating matters to attend to， for Chairman Fu， it is his dream and a realization of self-worth， rather than a burden.
傅初建，胜利之星综合贸易有限公司董事长，他的企业遍布全球，从非洲到欧洲。这样大规模的事业，使得他成为名副其实的“空中飞人”。他每年出国十次以上，几乎走遍了世界的各个角落。
如果出差对于别人来讲还是常规生活轨迹中的小插曲，那么对于他来说已经算是生活的主旋律了。本以为他一定厌倦了这样疲于奔波的生活，但是在与傅初建的交谈中，你时刻能感受到一种活力和洋溢的激情。他没有所谓成功商人的架子，让你感受到的是他对新事物的好奇心和热情。
对他来讲，几乎不是他选择了出差，而是出差选择了他。没有习惯不习惯，出差对他来讲是义务也是责任。那么多的事情要考虑，那么多的企业运营事宜要照顾到。对于傅初建来说，这不是负担，而是他的梦想，是一种自我价值的实现。
Everyone should be responsible for his/her own choices， which represent the life he/she wants. Chairman Fu said that he was a person who liked new things. With the expansion of his business， he gradually applied the experience he had seen in foreign countries to his own product development， and those products were sold all over the world. So Chairman Fu said， he did not want to regard business trip as work， he thought it was the only way to realize his dream and was also part of his life. When he was inspecting his enterprise abroad， he did not feel like being in a strange country or having tough work， but felt like coming to another city to visit his child. At first he did not understand English， but now he can communicate with foreigners， his experience of being abroad these years has changed him into an international person. In addition， many of the designing concepts of his new products were from the materials he observed in foreign countries. Chairman Fu said， travelling abroad frequently， the largest changes of him were that his horizons were broadened and he had got multi-perspective and multi-dimension of thinking， which were of great importance to the future development of enterprises. Chairman Fu often talks to people politely with a smile and you can see his inner peace. He said all of this came from his family and belief. Although he spent most of the time outside， it did not affect his family life， His family supported him greatly in realizing his dream. He also captured every chance he could to take the family abroad for work.
Chairman Fu said， with "home" on the way， he was never a “homeless”.
任何人都要为自己的选择负责，选择代表了你想要的生活。傅初建说自己是一个喜欢新鲜事物的人，随着企业的扩大，他也逐步将在国外看到和学到的经验用于自己的产品开发，这些产品也畅销于世界各地。所以傅初建说，他不愿意将在外的工作看作出差，他认为这是实现自己梦想必经的过程，也是他生活的一部分。当去国外自己的企业考察时，他并不觉得到了陌生的国度，工作多么辛苦，而是觉得像来到另一个城市看望自己的小孩。从一点英语都不懂到现在可以和外国人交流，傅初建这些年经常在外的经历已经将他改变成一个国际化人士。除此，他的新产品的设计理念很多都来自于在国外观察到的素材。傅初建说，经常游走于国外让他改变最大的是视野的开阔与多角度、多元地考虑问题。而这些，对于企业的未来发展是至关重要的。
傅初建与人的交谈总是彬彬有礼，带着微笑，可以读出他内心的安定。他说这一切来自于家庭和自己的信仰。虽然大半的时间都在外，但是并没有影响他的家庭生活，家人都极大地支持他实现自己的梦想。而他一旦有机会也带着家人一起去国外工作。
傅初建说，有“家”在路上，他就不是个“流浪”的人。
Chairman Fu is lucky， in that he does not only find a happy family， the also the firm belief in his heart. As a Christian， every time he went to a country， he went to the church， saying that it is his second home and he had the most relaxing moments there. In contrast to what I thought， sometimes having business trips could make him relax. He went to another part of the world， had a look at the seed of his dream， got to the place where his soul belonged to and all the fatigue disappeared. The power of belief brought him not only inner peace but also outward contribution. At present he often travels to Africa， because he has sown another seed there. Chairman Fu said， the recent goal of his work was to "improve people's living standards in underdeveloped countries through his career and hard work."
With the development of the Internet， Chairman Fu said that maybe the work in the future could be done at home， but it would did never affect his plans of going abroad frequently. For him， business trips are just another kind of return.
傅初建是幸运的，他找到的不仅是一个幸福的家庭，更有他内心坚定的信仰。作为基督徒，傅初建每到一个国家，都会去教堂，他说那是他的另一个家，在那里是他最放松的时刻。与我预想不同的是，出差对于他来讲，有时却是一件放松的事情；他到世界的另一个地方，看看自己梦想的种子，到自己心灵的归宿休憩，毫无疲倦。而信仰带给他的力量不仅是向内的安定，还有向外的奉献。现在他频繁出差的地方是非洲，因为他把另一颗梦的种子种在了那里。他说，他近期的工作目标是“通过他的事业和努力，提升欠发达国家人民的生活水平。”
随着互联网的发展，傅初建说未来的工作也许只需要在家里就可以完成，但这些丝毫不会影响他经常去国外的打算。“出差”对他来说，也许只是另一种形式的回归而已。
Those Days in the Sky
那些年 在空中
“Staring at the meandering river， finally got the guts to confront difficulties in life with ease.”
The lyrics comes out from Jonathan Lee’s song hills， For Xiaoyu（Alias）， maybe it implies the reason why she choose to be a flight attendant. Four years ago， at the period of bottleneck of her career， she resolutely choose to become a stewardess of German Airline Lufthansa. It was at her best age and she longed for an opportunity to look at the world. Therefore，she made her own choice to be “in the sky”. Meandering rivers and the rising bright moon constitutes the main scenery to those who work on the plane. In the memory of Xiao Yu， the bright moon was the greatest consolation to her when she was on shift to fly abroad. At silent nights， the aircraft flying smoothly while the bright moon outside the window attracts her eyesight and makes her immerse in its beauty. Such beautiful moments may also occur in the cockpit， when the plane is taking off and landing， a panoramic view of amazing scenery could be seen such as glamorous sunsets and shining city night landscape， she said. Anyway， the unique perspective of viewing the world from the plane is so memorable that she could never forget.

这是李宗盛在名为“山丘”的歌里所吟唱的，对小鱼（化名）来说，或许这也是她选择成为空姐的原因。四年前，处在职场瓶颈期的她毅然选择成为汉莎航空公司的一名空姐，那时的她正当年，也正需要一个看世界的机会，于是，她选择了“在空中”。
“在空中”的生活，除了能望到大河弯弯之外，还能望到那云中升起的明月，在小鱼的记忆中，当年的那轮明月成为了她在异乡最大的慰藉。静默的夜空里，飞机平稳地飞行着，小鱼在这个时刻望向窗外，那云中的一轮明月牢牢地抓住了她的目光，再无法转移。像这样的美好时刻，也会出现在飞机驾驶舱中，她说在飞机起飞和降落的时候，飞机驾驶舱中能看到全景的美妙画卷，也许是夕阳西下，也许是夜晚的城市灯光，总之，在空中，视野是那么不同，也令她无法忘怀。
Mentioned the reason that pushed her to switch from a PR to a flight attendant， Xiao Yu quipped humorously， “It could be called my gap year. The phrase gap year was especially popular those days， so I took my chance to have an experience just like that.” At the time， she passed the three-round-interview to enter the German Airline Lufthansa and be a attendant in charge of the line from German to China. Her first flight came soon after three months’ induction training and she kept doing her job well for the following three years. But occasionally， she was still surprised by the cultural difference between the West and East. For instance， Chinese passengers would like to ask for hot water during the flight since the Chinese hold the opinion that hot water do good to stomach， but in the western culture， people used to drink cold or iced water instead. So such request could not be understood by the foreign attendant， they may take it as a unreasonable request or even being rude. Through patient explanation to the foreign cabin crew about the culture difference， they finally understand the Chinese passengers’ behavior. According to her， it can be regarded as a big event that reflects the cultural diversity between the West and the East.
During the days as a flight attendant in German， Xiao Yu had almost traveled all over Europe and she has in favor of the countries of rich cultural background the most， such as Sweden. She was absent from the apartment rented in German for a half of a month or even longer to travel all around， which made the apartment stays empty most of the time. As an attendant in charge of the line from German to China， she had the chance to fly back to China several times during a month， but either to Shanghai or Hongkong in most cases. Since Beijing is her hometown， she can fly to Beijing at least once a month to have a short stay and back on shift to fly. At that time， Xiao Yu became very organized and planned due to the fixed time schedule. Though she had got limited time to be with families， she always figure out ways and squeeze time to spend more quality time with them. 说起当时为何要从公关转行到空姐时，小鱼幽默地打趣道：“这应该算是职场间隔年吧？间隔年那个词在那几年特别火，所以我就选择给自己来一把间隔年。”彼时，经历了三轮面试的她成功地进入了德国汉莎航空，成为了德国飞中国航班上的一名空姐。在3个月的入职培训后，很快就迎来了她的第一次飞行，而且这之后的3年她都做得很顺手。不过，偶尔她也会诧异于中西文化间的差异，就比如为客人送水这件事，中方和外方的空姐就有不同的反应。中国人认为喝热水乃至温水是对肠胃很好的事情，所以总会在飞机上向空姐提出这样的要求。而外国人因为没有喝热水的传统，所以就会认为中国人的这种要求有点无理，甚至会认为这是在找麻烦。经过她对外国同事的讲解之后，她们总算是能理解中国人的这种习惯了，这在小鱼看来可算是中西方文化差异比较大的一个事件了。
在德国担任空姐的那几年，小鱼几乎游遍了欧洲，她更加偏爱的是有文化积淀的瑞典等国度。她基本上每个月有一半时间不在德国租的房子里居住，如果再加上出去玩的话，德国的家就有点形同虚设了。作为汉莎飞中国航班上的空姐，小鱼其实每个月都有几次机会飞到中国，但多是飞上海或者香港，对于生长在北京的她来说，每个月至少也能有一次飞回北京，短暂的呆上一两天，随后还要继续飞在路上。因为航班的排班比较固定，让小鱼在那几年里变得特别有规划性，跟家人的相聚虽然少，但也总能抽出时间来休假，把尽量多的时间留给家人。
The downside of the job also bothered her sometimes. For example， the jet lag caused by the long-term fly from China to Frankfurt made her in a poor physical and mental condition. She was constantly caught in listless and felt absent-minded to do things. Moreover， It’s hard to meet her boyfriend， so he had to keep online and wait to talk to her via QQ messenger during her limited spare time.
After viewing a plenty of European scenery， Xiao Yu finally choose to give up the job “in the sky”. In addition to the worries about her physical condition， the pressure from her family also works. “ Though they won’t tell me they feel upset without me around， but each time I tell them I’ll go bake home， they are really pleased. It’s not hard to tell that they are looking forward to have me bake home.” Rare time to meet her boyfriend also made her families worried about their daughter’s relationship. In addition， the older generations hold the opinion that it is dangerous to be on the plane， it consumes the primordial Qi of one’s body and do harm to the health. Considering all the factors， she had to quit the job after three years working as a flight attendant and return home.
Just like the lyrics goes in Hills from Jonathan Lee， after viewing plenty of scenery in the sky， who could get more guts to confront difficulties in life. Xiao Yu’s experience of being a flight attendant in the sky could be a proper indication.
然而也有让她比较困扰的地方，比方说，长期飞往返中国和法兰克福的航班，就经常需要倒时差，这让她整个人的状态都变得非常差，经常陷于一种乏力和无精神的状态。做事情也经常比较迷糊。与交往多年的男朋友也是难得一见，他男朋友也只有经常挂在qq上守候着她，等她工作闲暇时才能聊上几句。
在看过那么多欧洲风景后，小鱼最后还是选择了放弃这份飞在天上的空姐工作，除了对身体状态的担忧外，也迫于家中父母的压力，她说：“虽然他们（指父母）不会明确说你不在他们身边，他们会很不高兴，但如果你告诉他们，我要回去了，他们就会特别高兴，所以还是看得出他们对于我回家的这份期待。”另外，与男朋友聚少离多的状态，也让家人倍感担忧，老一辈们都觉得在飞机上太不安全了，甚至很传统地认为这会消耗她的“气”。综合了这许多之后，她也只能选择在担任空姐的三年之后辞职，回归了家庭。
就如李宗盛歌中所唱，看过那许多空中风景之后，或许就能放胆面对这生活中的许多难，小鱼的这段空姐生涯，或许就正印证着这件事吧。 Business Trips are the Antistaling Agent for Our Love

“If I go to one of the four largest accounting firms internationally， I will have no time to be with my boyfriend.”
At the year of graduation， a classmate got the offer of a well-known accounting firm， but she hesitated in the face of such a work that needed frequent business trips， because she was afraid that the time she could spend with her boyfriend would be sacrificed. At that time， many classmates thought that her concerns were reasonable.
However， if I mention it to Stanley， who has worked for Deloitte & Touche （DTT， one of the four largest accounting firms internationally） for many years， he will surely laugh， in that as far as he is concerned， business trips are the antistaling agent for the love of him and his wife Mona.
“去全球四大会计师事务所的话，我就没时间跟我男朋友相处了。”
大学毕业那年，身边一个同学接到了一家知名会计师事务所的录取，但她却在这份需要经常出差的工作面前犹豫了，因为害怕牺牲与男朋友之间的相处时光。当时很多同学都觉得她的担忧不是没有道理的。
但如果现在我跟已经在德勤（四大国际会计师事务所之一）工作多年的Stanley提起这件事，他肯定会笑，因为在他看来，出差就是他和妻子Mona之间的爱情保鲜剂。
Stanley and Mona are both the members of DTT. It has been seven years since they fell in love with each other in the university. They can even say that their love develops with the job which needs business trips. Mona has been engaged on the job of auditing. Though she does not need to have as many business trips as before， every time the auditing team has such a trip， it lasts for one or two weeks. Stanley is doing the job of consulting. His business trips are comparatively shorter in time， but the frequency is very high. He has shown me the picture of his flight routines of the past half a year， which was a reticular chart that goes from north to south and from east to west. He said： “In the past years， every year the traveling time took up about one third of the whole year.”
Many people who have families are bored with business trips. Stanley and Mona have been living together since they graduated from the university. Stanley has told me clearly that he thinks business trips are not bad. In his opinion， “Every morning you get into the office， sit there and deal with the work for a whole day， and then leave the office， day after day like a routine， isn’t it boring？” I asked Stanley whether did he like going on business trip because its time was flexible， and he could work like traveling. His answer was no. Because of the requirement of high efficiency， basically his fights were before 8 a.m.， and would arrive at the destination at noon. Then he would start working until the afternoon of the next day or two days later. At night he would fly to Beijing. In the process， he often needed to work overtime. Besides， except heavy work， the only thing that would wait for him was the silent hotel room. In such a state of working on the go， he would think more of his family， and when he was back， the sense of belonging would be much stronger. Stanley和Mona都是德勤的员工，他们从大学时开始相恋，至今已经七年了。可以说，他们的爱情和婚姻一直伴着这份出差的工作在成长着。Mona一直都是从事着审计的工作，尽管她现在出差已经没有刚开始作为新人的时候那么频繁了，但审计团队每次出差的时长也都在一两周左右。Stanley现在做的是咨询工作，出差时间相对较短，但频率很高，他给我展示了这半年多以来他的飞行路线记录图，那是一张从北至南，由东向西的密集网状图。用Stanley的话说：“这些年来，每年出差时长大概占据全年三分之一的时间吧。”
不少有家庭的人，往往都会厌烦出差。Stanley和Mona在大学毕业后就一直生活在一起，两年前他们结婚了。Stanley明确地跟我表示他觉得出差挺好的，因为在他看来：“每天一大早去到办公室，坐下来忙碌一天，晚上离开公司，这样日复一日的程式化工作，不会很枯燥吗？”我问Stanley是不是因为出差自由度很高，可以在外面处于半度假状态，所以才会喜欢上出差。Stanley给我的回答恰恰相反。由于工作效率的需求，他基本都是乘坐早上八点以前的飞机出发，一般会在中午的时候抵达当地，紧接着马上开展工作，一直到第二天或第三天的下午为止，晚上直接飞回北京。这个过程中，晚上也常常要加班，因此，除了密集的工作以外，就只有冷清的酒店在等着他。在这样一种出差工作状态下，人对于家庭生活的念想会越来越多，当出差回到家以后，对家的归属感也会更强烈。
As for the affection between Stanley and Mona， it is the same as the saying” Absence makes the heart grow fonder”， temporary separations bring them with a feel of freshness. Business trips have kept a distance between them， but actually it is their way of getting on with each other. Stanley and Mona were in the same class when they were undergraduates， but they did not like to stick together every day. They had their own space， and seldom sat together in the class. Stanley told me that， at the time of graduation， he did not go to DTT with Mona but entered another accounting firm， in the thought of keeping some distance between them.
However， even Stanley can only tolerate such kind of short-term business trips. If it is a long-term business trip， such as having a work shift in another place for more than half a month， he could not accept. “I am a Cancer man and the Cancers are known for their homesickness. If I were asked to leave my home for more than a year， I could be mad.” Stanley told me that， he believed that Mona would not accept long-term business trips either. After all， business trips are only a refreshment of their life.
Business trips are part of their life now. In the long run， as their careers develop， they will finally go to stable positions that do not need to have business trips. Stanley and Mona have realized it， but just as that they tried to adapt themselves to business trips， they will gradually get used to the life that does not need business trips. At least as Stanley says， they can still create some time that they are not together， to keep the freshness of their love.
而对于Stanley和Mona两个人的感情而言，就是那句老话“小别胜新婚”，短暂的分离让两个人之间有了新鲜感。出差让他们之间保留了一定的距离，而事实上这也是他们之间的一种相处模式。Stanley和Mona大学时候是同专业同学，但他们却不喜欢天天黏在一起，都有各自的活动空间，甚至连上课他们也极少会坐在一起。Stanley告诉我，毕业的时候，他没有直接和Mona一起进入德勤，而是去了另一家会计师事务所，也是因为想在两个人之间保有一定的距离。
但出差对于Stanley来说也仅限于现在这种短暂的差旅而已，如果是长期的出差，比如到外地轮岗半年以上的工作，他是没有办法接受的。“我是巨蟹座，巨蟹座是出名的恋家啊，让我离开家半年以上，我就会受不了了。”Stanley告诉我，他相信Mona也不会接受长期出差这种情况。毕竟出差对于他们来说就是一种生活方式上的调节而已。 出差是他们现在工作生活的一部分，但从长远来看，在他们的职业道路上，他们终归还是会走向基本不需要出差的稳定职位。Stanley和Mona都意识到了这一点，但就像他们去适应出差一样，他们也会慢慢适应将来不出差的生活，至少用Stanley的话说，他们还是可以给自己创造一些不在一起的时间，让爱情继续保鲜下去。

It has to go across markets and crowds to reach Xiaopei’s living place. The apartment is near the metro station of Fenzhongsi and a typical one for drifters in Beijing. The separated rooms and balconies hanging full with clothes are the scene there and accompanied by kids’ cry and vendors’ peddling. All of these are epitomes of the city and also that of Xiaopei’s brief stopover after finishing a tour.
Xiaopei is my high school classmate and also the one of the longest working time as a tourist guide among my friends.
The last time I saw her was two years ago， when she still possessed the innocence of a university student. But this time， when she appears with high heels， the increasing character of a mature woman is shown though she is a little bit tired.
Before the interview， Xiaopei just finished a job of escort-service guide for 20 days. She still needs to book flight ticket and go on the next trip after the interview.
穿过各种市场及嘈杂的人群，才能到小佩的住处。公寓毗邻丰台区分钟寺地铁站，是典型的北漂聚居式公寓，单间分隔，晒满衣物的阳台是这里的风景线，孩子的哭闹声与沿街小贩的叫卖声此起彼伏。这些是这个城市的缩影，也是小佩带团后短暂停歇地的缩影。
小佩是我的高中同学，也是我的朋友圈中做导游这行从业时间最久的。
上一次见她还是在两年前，那时候她还稚气未脱，尚且留着大学生的书生气。而这次的小佩脚踩高跟鞋出现在我面前时，尽管面容因病略显困倦，但却遮挡不住她骨子里与日俱增的熟女气质。
接受我采访之前，小佩刚刚结束了为期二十天的全陪团。结束采访后，她还要忙着订机票，赶赴下一段旅程。
It was accidental for her to enter the tourist guide industry， which was just due to a whim. She herself loves traveling and became a part-time guide by chance during her college time. Then she becomes addicting to it and lasts for 4 years.
The busy season for tourism is from the last ten-day of June to the first ten-day of September， which is also the busiest time for guides. Many of them can make lots of money for the spending of a year within the 3 months but at the cost of the devotion of heart and soul day and night.
Almost 3/4 of the time in these months is on the way and they can only rest for 5-6 hours every day. Most of the time for guides is “hand-to-hand battle” against scenic spots with tourists and drivers. Besides lots of contents of explanation， they also need to mention their tourists the tips of sunshine proof， heatproof and theft proof.
误打误撞入导游行，缘于小佩的心血来潮。本就爱旅行的她，在大学期间，机缘巧合地做了兼职导游，从此深陷其中，一发不可收拾，一做就是四年。
旅游业旺季是在每年的六月下旬至九月上旬之间，这段时间也是导游在一年中忙得最不可开交的日子。很多导游可以用这三个月的时间挣取足够一年花费的高额收入，但随之而来的，也是没日没夜的全身心投入。 几个月里几乎有四分之三的时间是在路上，每天仅有五六个小时的睡眠。大多数时间都是和游客、司机一起，与景区“打肉搏战”。再加上每天的讲解内容数量巨大，团队人数较多，防晒、防暑、防贼就成了必不可少的注意事项。
But Xiaopei cares nothing for this and loves the industry with due diligence. For years， she has not received any complaints. What’s more， she also develops “real skills”： no matter how complicated the tourists’ identities are， she can， in the shortest time， figure out the total cost of entrance tickets including the preferential ones of seniors and kids； she can classify the explanation contents according to the differences of regions and try to make every tourist understand through the easiest way.
The implementation of Tourism Law last year stipulates that， there is no “service fee” for guides and their income only paid by travel agencies for leading tourist groups. And because the job have no insurance， no guarantee， no fixed wages and no benefits， and the public is rejecting the whole tourist guides group since some black sheep， most of the young girls just take the job for fun and jump into other industries after a while. However， Xiaopei is an exception， “I just like working as a guide， which makes me happy and energetic.”
可这些小佩全都不以为意，她深爱着这个行业，尽职尽责，从业几年来从未收到任何投诉。不仅如此，她还练就了一身“真本领”：无论游客身份有多复杂，她都可以在最短时间内算出享受优惠价的老人、小孩和全团其他成员的门票总额；她会根据游客地域的差别将讲解内容进行分类，并用接地气的讲解方法尽全力做到让每一位游客听明白。
随着去年《旅游法》的推出，导游的工资没有了所谓的“服务费”，而完全来源于旅行社支付的基本跟团费，无保险、无保障、无固定工资、无福利，加上公众群体因为黑导游而对整个导游群体产生的排斥心理，大多年轻姑娘抱着玩一玩的心态做一段日子就转行了。可小佩是个例外，“我就是喜欢做导游，这工作让我心情好，精神头也足了”。
Her boyfriend Xiaolu then entered into her life. They met in her good girlfriend’s wedding and have been together for one and half year. It’s time for them to talk about getting married. For this 1.5 year， there are over 300 days that Xiaopei is on the way and her boyfriend has supported her from the beginning. All things depend on Xiaopei’s time including enduring spending more time apart together， buying wedding house and discussing the engagement time. But as time goes on and the wedding is coming， Xiaolu finally asked Xiaopei to change another industry. “In fact， I understand him， we both love life and my busy work indeed affects our living quality，” said Xiaopei. Maybe this winter， she will consider the change.
The wedding house is in Tianjin and they register permanent residence there. When the date is coming， after getting the marriage license， life will not be the one only for oneself. In the past， a bed， a restroom and a house near the metro station made up of the definition of “home”. Now， the wedding house is ready and just lack of a steady job， then the relationship can be more and more stable. During the National Day just passed by， Xiaopei rejected the guide tasks of all agencies and decided to spend it with Xiaolu. Accompany is the most lasting love even if they don’t go anywhere. When it turns to job and accompany， the latter overweighs the former.
Xiaolu once said， “Let me lead you to all the places that you have never been before.” I think， for a guide， there would be no more touching confession than this.
后来男友小鹿闯进了小佩的世界。在闺蜜的婚礼上相识，相处一年半，终于也到了两个人谈婚论嫁的时候。这一年半以来，小佩在路上的时间有三百多天，而男友从始至终就扮演着支持者的角色。从忍受两个人聚少离多，到买婚房、商量订婚时间，一切都向小佩的时间开路。可随着时间的推移，婚期的推进，男友终于还是开口劝小佩转行。“其实我懂他，我们都是热爱生活的人，我现在这么忙，确实影响到了我们的生活品质。”小佩说，可能做完这个冬天，她也真的要考虑转行了。
婚房买在了天津，也有了天津户口。婚期渐近，领证后，生活就不再是自己一个人的了。从前一张床，一间卫生间，离地铁近，就是“家”的唯一定义。现在有了婚房，还差个固定工作，这样，感情才能越来越稳定。
刚刚过去的国庆节，小佩推掉了所有旅行社的任务，决心陪小鹿过。就算哪儿也不去，陪伴是最长情的爱。工作与陪伴，还是后者占了上风。
小鹿曾说：“以后你没去过的地方，就让我带你走完”。我想，于导游而言，没有比这更动情的告白了吧。

a Secretary to CEO
总裁秘书的差旅人生
“Do not ask me， I should make a phone call to the secretary of my father. She knows it better.”
It is a familiar line that has appeared in many idol dramas. A CEO should always have a capable and beautiful secretary nearby， who can deal with various tasks of the company calmly and take care of the matters of his family enthusiastically ， being deeply trusted by the boss and his family members.
My friend May is acting as such a role of a super secretary. My impression of May is a capable Beijing girl who always dresses herself up delicately and has a smile on the face. These years， she has been promoted from a new secretary to the Office Director of an investment company. What we see in the Moments of Wechat is that， she is a “flying trapeze” who travels around the world and tells everyone she is safe as kind of “punching in”. She has told me that in her company， from top to bottom， everyone will go on business trip for at least once every month， sometimes for business matters， but sometimes just to give the official seal of the company or some materials to the boss.
“别问我，我先给我爸的秘书打个电话，她比较清楚。”
这是一句熟悉的台词，出现在无数的偶像剧当中，总裁身边总有一个万能的美女秘书，她既能冷静地处理好公司的大大小小任务，又能热心地打理好领导家庭相关事务，深得老板及其家庭成员的信任。
我的朋友May在现实生活中就是扮演着万能秘书这样一个角色。May给我的印象一直都是一个打扮精致，脸上永远绽放着笑容的干练北京大妞。这些年，她在一家投资公司从一个新人秘书做到办公室主任，我们在朋友圈里看到的她就是一个游走于世界各地打卡报平安的空中飞人。她告诉我，在他们公司，从上到下每个人每个月至少要出一次差，有时候可能是要去商谈业务，有时候可能只是为了给领导送公司公章或一份资料。
May is the Office Director now， which in her words is “the first secretary”. In addition to the work in the office， she also has to deal with the matters of the boss’s family. For example， when we see her in the Moments of Wechat saying that she is on a business trip but posting beautiful photos of traveling， she is actually on a business trip--accompanying the family of the boss who are traveling. Even the visa application of the boss’s child is in the charge of her. When she got down to this job， she felt curious and excited about business trips. Every time she prepared much luggage which filled the suitcase and matched the clothes she would wear in advance. However， at present， she said with a smile， she did not feel excited at all when she heard the words ”business trip”， what happened usually was that she could take her suitcase and leave the moment she got the task of going on a business trip.
May is still living with her parents now， and her father also goes on business trips frequently， leaving her mother alone at home. At the end of last year， May went on a two-month business trip， traveling throughout America for business matters.” In the two months， I traveled from one city to another every two or three days with much time spent on the way. Every time I arrived in a place， I sent my clothes to the laundry urgently.” When May mentioned the moment that she got home， her expression was both annoyed and amused， she said： “What my mother said to me first when she saw me was that ‘I have almost forgotten the existence of you and your father.’”
May现在已经是办公室主任了，用她的话说，叫“一秘”。她除了要处理办公室事务以外，还要帮忙打理领导的家务事。比如说，当我们看到她发朋友圈说在国外出差，但却不停地晒旅游美照时，她确实是在出差——陪领导家属出游。甚至领导孩子申请出国的事情都会交由她来把关。
刚开始接触这份工作的时候，May对于出差还觉得非常新鲜，每次都会提前准备好满满一箱子的行李，搭配好每一天要穿的衣服。而如今，她笑言，听到出差一词已经没有兴奋感了，而且常常是接到任务后拎包就走。
May现在还和父母一起住，父亲和她一样也是经常出差在外，往往家里只有母亲一个人。去年底，May出了一趟长达两个半月的差旅，辗转在国内和美国各地商谈工作事宜。“那两个多月，两三天换一个城市，不停地在路上，我的衣服每到一处都是加急送洗。”May提起回家的那一瞬间，露出一副哭笑不得的表情，她说：“我妈见到我第一句就是‘我都忘记你和你爸的存在了’”。实际上，当我问到她这样的差旅生活会不会对她的日常家庭生活造成困扰时，她却认真地反问我：“你不知道这世界上有种东西叫视频吗？”在出差的时间里，她和父母建立一个微信群，随时保持联系，晚上空闲的时候，也会和他们视频聊天。在她看来，差旅生活并没有影响她和父母之间的沟通。
However， after May got a boyfriend， the traveling life seemed to have some effect on her relationship. May was a responsible person， as far as she was concerned， being a secretary， it was normal for her to be ready for 24 hours with her phone on. She said： “I used to get emergent calls after I had gone to bed. Then I should drive to the company and to get a file which was suddenly remembered by the boss， and take it to the airport the next morning.” Gradually， her boss and colleagues had been used to that she could be found at any time. Especially for the business of America， she often got Emails at mid night. If she woke up at night， she would reply them seriously. One day， her boyfriend told her， her way of working was abnormal. At first， he could not tolerate the call from the company which asked her to go back to work in the middle of a date. Now May is the Office Director， and she can give much work to others. Her business trips are not as frequent as before （when she told me this， I remembered that she had said that she went to Shanghai for five times the month before）， and are going to get married. She is constantly adjusting her business trips and the paces of their life. But being “the first secretary”， there is still much confidential work that needed to be implemented by herself. Even though it is the work for three persons， she has to do it for the boss alone. Fortunately， now her boyfriend understands her， and their paces of life are in harmony.
Many people around May live a life on the go. Many living examples have told her that if a she chooses such a life and decides to have a family， she should deal with the problem of balance： they must understand each other， and on a large extent， the comparatively stable side should learn to tolerate.
然而，May自从有了男朋友以后，差旅生活好像开始给她的恋爱时光带来了一定的影响。May是一个尽职尽责的人，在她看来，作为一个秘书，24小时开机待命是一件正常的事情，用她的话说：“我以前经常都睡下了，突然接到紧急电话，然后自己开车回公司去取一份领导临时想起的文件，第二天一早再送去机场。”渐渐地，领导和同事也习惯了她随时可联系的这种状态。尤其是美国的业务，常常会在半夜给她发邮件，她如果半夜醒来了，也会认真地回复。有一天，她的男朋友告诉她，这是不正常的工作状态。刚开始的时候，他无法忍受周末约会到一半，突然公司来电话把自己女朋友叫回去处理工作的情况。
现在的May已经是办公室主任了，很多工作可以交给别人去办，出差也不需要那么频繁（当她告诉我这句话的时候，我记得她说过上个月她去了五次上海）。马上要步入婚姻殿堂的她，也在不停地调适她的差旅工作和二人生活节奏。但是作为一秘，依然有很多涉及机密工作时候必须由她亲自去执行，即使那是三个人的工作量，她也必须一个人去替领导完成。幸好，现在她的男朋友已经理解她的工作，两个人在生活步调上也已经达成了一致。
May的周围充满了各式各样的差旅人生，这些活生生的例子告诉她，选择差旅人生后，一旦要决定组织家庭，必须要协调好一个平衡的问题：两个人必须要互相理解，很大程度上，相对安稳的一方还须懂得忍让。
Geological Investigation：
a “Go Now” Trip
地质调研：说走就走的出差
Shi Feng， a graduate from Peking University majoring in geology， now works at the research institute of China Earthquake Administration. The administration activated the emergency response for the recent 6 magnitude earthquake in Yunnan province， and the research institute also mobilize and send personal to Yunnan Earthquake branch to evaluate and investigate the disaster.
"At 10 pm in the evening of the earthquake， I was asked to await orders at home. Then at 12 pm I left home. My wife helped me pack up the luggage. We both stayed up the whole night."
It is not the first time in this year for Shi Feng to take a trip like this. As a geological scientist， this is the normalcy. Especially in case of earthquake， a "go now" trip is just the routine. "Including the Yunnan trip， I have taken 7 trips already this year. It's the nature of my work，" said by Shi Feng lightly. Geological investigation is conducted in the open， and there are three purposes for their trips： first， scientific projects 2 or 3 times a year which usually lasts from one to one and a half months； second， academic conference 2 to 5 times a year which mainly aims for scientific communication lasting for 3 to 5 days，； and the disaster emergency response like the Yunnan earthquake. In this calculation， Shi Feng has spent four months in taking the seven trips by far this year. In Yunnan， work is especially hard. He used to investigate in some remote villages which were seriously stricken by the disaster and do the report when he was back at night. Staying up the night before， he still needed to set off early in the morning. In the face of such high pace of work， Shi Feng did not define it with the word “suffering” and he preferred to used “responsibility” and “sense of mission”.
石峰在中国地震局研究所工作，毕业于北大，专业是地质。2014年10月7日，云南省发生了六级地震，地震局启动了应急响应方案，他所在的研究所也积极调动人力，派往云南协助云南省地震局进行灾情评估和科考工作。
“发生地震的当晚十点钟，我接到通知在家里待命，后来12点钟就从家里出发了，老婆也半夜起来帮我翻箱倒柜找出差必备的东西，我俩基本上一宿都没睡。”
石峰这样的出差一年内已经不是第一次了，作为地质科研工作者，这几乎是他们工作的常态。尤其是碰到诸如地震这样的紧急情况，“说走就走的出差”就是家常便饭。“今年算上云南这次，已经是我第七次出差了，这个工作的性质就是这样的。”面对如此频繁的出差，石峰很淡定地介绍说，地质科研是一个需要在野外调研的工作，出差目的基本上分成三种：一种是科研项目，时间一般是在一个到一个半月左右，一年当中有两到三次不等。第二种是学术会议，主要是为了科研交流，一般是三到五天。一年中也是大概两到五次。还有就是像云南地震这样的灾害紧急响应。这样算下来，这一年石峰目前为止七次的累计出差时间也将近四个月。
在云南调研的时间，也是比较辛苦的，他经常要到偏远受灾的村寨调查情况，晚上还要回来做汇报。晚上休息的很晚，第二天一大早又出发了。面对这样的工作节奏，石峰并没有觉得艰苦是定义它的词汇，他更愿意用责任和使命感这样的词语来理解现在所做的工作。
“Actually， in China， there are not many people who take up geology as a career or study it. ” Shi Feng said， at first Geology was not his choice either. It happened step by step. When he began to study in Pecking University， he was transferred to Geology major. At that time he had no idea of the vocation and did not know what it was for. He just heard people saying that it was tough and its future was bleak. After graduating from Pecking University he went on studying for his master’s degree in the geological research institution. The first time he got interested in geology was when he joined in the research program of the research institution. The first research program he had with long-term business trip was for Wenchuan earthquake in 2008. For that time he stayed in Sichuan for eight months. It was this experience that made him transform from a student to a researcher. “It was the first time I had faced to earth quake and Sichuan.” I followed my tutor and senior fellow apprentice blindingly and got to know many practical matters. At the same time I realized that the essence of geology scientific research was practical experience， and practical experience could only be deeply achieved in field research.” Shi Feng said， from the first time he went on a business trip to Wenchuan to Yunnan today， except professional experience， he had also obtained the sense of achievement of self-actualization， which he enjoyed greatly. From an idea in the beginning to investigations and to the accomplishment， they were all sense of achievement that could be obtained in field research. In contrast to the suffering in other people’s eyes， Shi Feng regarded business trips as special experiences. “I like the working mode of having a business trips to the fields， because I could get along with myself in an unfamiliar environment and concentrate on what I should do.” As for business trips， the outside consider them as boring and tough. Shi Feng said that he focused on the purpose of the thing he would do. “Business trip is only a means that you use to accomplish the goal of your work， for instance， the geology work asks me to accomplish a goal of research， then the information and data should be from field researches， and you will find things that are different to the theory you have learned. These are supplements to the work. We should not regard business trip as a boring task only or focus on the hardships of the trip itself.”
"Go now" trips are the mode of geological work. Shi Feng has accepted it and is now enjoying the working status. Even so， it is not so easy to put down all the worries and concerns. For him， what makes him feel guilty the most is that he has less time to spend with the family. ”My wife is a reasonable person， she understands my work and gives me much support， but I can feel that as a woman she needs my company. However， the only thing I can do is to make as many phone calls to the family as possible， telling them I am safe and communicating in time.”
Shi Feng said， the balance between work and family needed to be grouped and mastered， because you could not say no to your responsibility and obligations， but should also cater for the feelings of the family. In face of such a dilemma， you should not lose yourself， but find a way with the greatest possibility to get the balance.In Beijing， Shi Feng has a stable work and happy family. His career is going up steadily in the right direction. He said such a life allowed him to feel inner peace and wherever he was and he had never had the feel of quaking. Such “stability” is the largest motivation for him to face up to “quaking life”.
“After Wenchuan Earthquake， I have been back there for many times， because there was a long-term program there. Sometimes I really admire the people of disaster-stricken areas. Their optimism and the big heart in continuing the life impress me deeply. And every time I go back， I find the achievements of reconstruction. I often feel happy and gratified for these good changes. ”
“其实国内做地质工作和研究地质的人并不是很多。”石峰说，最初自己的选择也并不是地质学。是一步一步走到这样的。最开始在北大读书，他是被调剂到地质专业的，那会儿他对这个行业没有概念，不知道是干嘛的，只听别人讲说这个行业是艰苦的，前景是暗淡的。慢慢地到后来他在北大读完了本科进入到地质研究所读硕士，真正对地质科研产生兴趣开始于参与研究所的科研项目。而第一次长时间出差参与的调研项目就是08年汶川地震。那次他在四川待了八个月。正是这次经历，使他从学生转变成一名科研工作者。“那时候，面对地震、四川，都是第一次，懵懵懂懂地跟着导师和师兄逐渐学到了实践中的很多东西。那会儿我也感到了地质科研工作的精髓，就是实践经验。而实践一定是在野外调研中才能更深刻获得的”石峰说，从第一次出差去汶川到现在的云南，他收获的除了专业上的经验之外，让自己感到很享受的部分是实现自我价值的成就感。从最开始的一个想法到去调研并且完成，这些都是在野外调研中获得的成就感。而相比于别人眼里的艰苦，石峰觉得野外出差对他来说是一种别样的体验。“我喜欢在野外出差的工作模式是因为你可以到一个完全陌生的环境中，有自己跟自己相处的时间并且集中精力完全投入地做一件事。”
对于出差，面对外界人眼里看来的枯燥和艰苦，石峰说他把重心放在事情的目的上。“出差只是你实现工作目的的一种手段，比如地质工作需要我完成一个科研目标，那其中信息和数据的获得要靠实地的调研，而且你也会发现跟以往所看到理论不一样的地方，这些都是工作的补充。不能为了出差而出差，或者是纠结于出差本身的艰苦。”
说走就走的出差是地质工作的模式，石峰已经接受它并且非常喜欢现在的工作状态，但尽管如此，说放就放的牵挂却并不是件容易的事。对于他来讲，最愧疚的是少了对家人的陪伴。“我的爱人是个通情达理的人，她理解我的工作，给予了很大的支持，但是我能感受到作为一个小女人她需要的那种陪伴。而我能做的就是尽量多的给家里打电话报平安，及时沟通交流。”
石峰说，工作和家庭的平衡是需要摸索和把握的。因为你不可能拒绝降临到你身上的责任和义务，但是你又要顾及到家人的感受，面对这种两难选择，你不能让自己跌入纠结，而是应该找到办法，最大可能地找到平衡。在北京，石峰有稳定的工作，幸福的家庭，事业也在步入正轨，稳步上升。他说这样的生活让他感到内心的稳定，不管自己的地点在哪里，他都从来没有动荡的感觉。这种“稳定”也是他能够面对“动荡的生活”继续走下去的最大动力。
“汶川地震之后，我回去过很多次，因为有长期的项目在那里，有时挺佩服灾区人民的，他们的那种乐观、那种生活还要继续下去的豁达都让我印象深刻。而每次回去看到灾区的建设一点点好转，我也经常为这种美好的转变感到由衷的开心和欣慰。”

Compere， singer， real estate engineer， public relation and star’s agent used to be Zeng Hongfei’s identities， but now he is a make-up artist always “on the way”.
From past till now， Zeng Hongfei’s rich experience seems telling him one thing， no matter in what kind of position， the identity of the person is changing from time to time. The seemingly stable work in the past brought him generous income and fixed residence， but he still chose to abandon those identities， walk out of the company and get rid of the control of the leadership. He thought very easily at that time and just wants to control his own life.
For him， those abandoned identities are just ways for a fledgling student to make a living. When Zeng graduated from Sichuan Conservatory of Music， he only thought how to support himself and get established in society， which may be one of the most pressing needs for all the graduated -- to live first and then enjoy the life. If the basic needs for life cannot be satisfied， how can a person think about his ideal？
主持人、歌手、地产策划、公关、明星经纪人，这些都曾经是曾宏飞的身份之一，而现在，他是一个经常行走“在路上”的化妆师。
从过去到现在，曾宏飞丰富的阅历似乎都在对他诉说着同一件事，不论身在什么样的位置，在做事过程中人的身份始终是在不断转换中的。以前做过那些看似稳定的工作，也曾经为他带来优厚的收入，固定的住所，而他却依然选择抛弃那些身份，走出公司，走出领导的掌控，他当时的想法很单纯，只不过想把控自己的人生罢了。
对他来说，以前那些被他抛弃掉的身份只不过是一个初出茅庐的学生用来谋生的手段而已，从四川音乐学院毕业时，他想到的只有如何养活自己，如何在社会上立足，这或许是所有刚毕业学生们最迫切的一个需求，先生存再生活。如果生活不能温饱，又何谈理想？
Now Zeng Hongfei experiences no longer troubles of survival， but how to better enjoy his life. His present job needs him to follow the clients’ time arrangement. No matter it is in a theater group or for artist’s filming， those jobs are like cables that intertwine him within. In his eyes， there is no concept of nine-to-five and he runs directly to his job as long as work calls. When he started to do the job， he cannot adjust to it since the time is not fixed and income cannot be expected. But he soon got used to it. He said， he likes a lot the sense of achievement when finishes one make-up， which he can enjoy at every work. In terms of the clients， their praise is also the drive for his progress.
When spoke to the hardship， Zeng said， every job has its hard part. Unfixed working time and unable to make a clear distinction between work and rest time cannot be problems. Just like he said， “Since you choose this job， you should accept the accompanied tough things.” The difficulties are nothing to him for he himself keens on fashion. Though he feels bored when with the theater group in the fields， he gets refreshed as long as starts to work.
而现在的曾宏飞，更多体验到的不再是生存的困扰，而是如何更好地生活。他现在的工作性质导致他经常要跟着客户的时间走，不论是剧组还是艺人的拍摄，这些工作好像网线一样把他缠绕其中。在他眼里早已没有了朝九晚五的概念，只要工作召唤，那么就直线奔去。
刚开始做这份工作的时候，他也有不适应，时间不固定不说，收入也经常无法按照预期，不过，很快他就适应了。他说，他很享受每次完成一个妆之后的成就感，这样的成就感在每一次的工作中都能体会到。在客户方面，他们的称赞也都成为支撑他前进的动力。
说到辛苦，曾宏飞则这么看待，每份工作都有它辛苦的地方，工作时间不固定，无法明确区分工作和休息时间，这些并不能成为问题，因为就如他所说的，“既然选择了这份职业，那么也一定要接受这些艰苦。”对于本身就热衷于时尚的他来说，这些苦都已不算什么，虽然偶尔也会在跟着剧组到乡间野外的时候，感到枯燥无聊，但只要一开工，他的精神头立马就上来了。
Frequent business trips make him blur the feeling of home sometimes， so he can understand why some stars are very picky on hotels or beds and pillows. “Sometimes people cannot sleep well since the environment is so terrible.” It happens when Zeng is on traveling， and his way of dealing is to bring one piece of personal items with him. Zeng Hongfei starts to get used to and enjoy his working status and treats this job as his life. He feels relaxed when he got rid of the past state of only working for survival. He said， “Although he still worries about the job， the feeling of being recognized is very good.” He often sends his pictures of working from dawn to night to the WeChat and enjoys his day in the theater group. It has become his normal life to strive forward readily no matter in outdoor scenes or indoor scenes late at night.
To be always on the way and in the status of departing is his chosen life and belongs to his own life style.
频繁的出差让他偶尔会模糊掉家的感觉，所以他很能理解一些明星会在酒店乃至床铺枕头上的挑剔。“有的时候环境真的很糟糕，会睡不好”，经常在出差状态中的他也会遇到这样的情况，他的处理办法就是随身带上一件贴身物品，有的时候是平时自己最常用的香水，用熟悉的气味营造家的感觉，有的时候则是平时经常喝的一款咖啡，用一杯咖啡安抚自己偶尔浮躁的灵魂。 开始习惯和享受现在工作状态的曾宏飞，已经把这份工作当做了一种生活，抛弃以前那种只为生存而工作的状态后，他整个人都舒缓了，他说，“虽然也会为工作的事儿操心，不过，慢慢被人认可的感觉真的挺好的。”他时不时地会在朋友圈发上他起早贪黑的靓照，也会享受在剧组日子。不论是外景还是挑灯夜战的内景拍摄，时刻全力以赴，已经成为了他的生活常态。
始终在路上，始终保持出发状态，他这样的人生，正是他自己所选，专属于他自己的生活方式。
Fu Chu jian ： Having Business Trips Is A Kind of Return
傅初建： 出差是一种回归
Fu Chujian is the chairman of Winning Star General Trading CO， L.L.C， whose business goes all over the world from Africa to Europe. Such a large-scale enterprise makes him the actual "flying trapeze". He travelled abroad for more than ten times every year， having been to almost every corner of the world.
If business travel is an episode for the life of average people， for him， it should be regarded as the main melody of life. I thought that he must had been fed up with such life on the go， but during my conversation with Chairman Fu， I could feel vitality and overflowing passion from every word of him. As a successful businessman， he did not put on the dog. What he had was the curiosity and passion for new things.
As for him， he does not choose business travels， but they chose him. It does not matter whether he can adapt himself to it or not， business travel is both an obligation and a responsibility for him. With so many things to think about and so many operating matters to attend to， for Chairman Fu， it is his dream and a realization of self-worth， rather than a burden.

如果出差对于别人来讲还是常规生活轨迹中的小插曲，那么对于他来说已经算是生活的主旋律了。本以为他一定厌倦了这样疲于奔波的生活，但是在与傅初建的交谈中，你时刻能感受到一种活力和洋溢的激情。他没有所谓成功商人的架子，让你感受到的是他对新事物的好奇心和热情。
对他来讲，几乎不是他选择了出差，而是出差选择了他。没有习惯不习惯，出差对他来讲是义务也是责任。那么多的事情要考虑，那么多的企业运营事宜要照顾到。对于傅初建来说，这不是负担，而是他的梦想，是一种自我价值的实现。
Everyone should be responsible for his/her own choices， which represent the life he/she wants. Chairman Fu said that he was a person who liked new things. With the expansion of his business， he gradually applied the experience he had seen in foreign countries to his own product development， and those products were sold all over the world. So Chairman Fu said， he did not want to regard business trip as work， he thought it was the only way to realize his dream and was also part of his life. When he was inspecting his enterprise abroad， he did not feel like being in a strange country or having tough work， but felt like coming to another city to visit his child. At first he did not understand English， but now he can communicate with foreigners， his experience of being abroad these years has changed him into an international person. In addition， many of the designing concepts of his new products were from the materials he observed in foreign countries. Chairman Fu said， travelling abroad frequently， the largest changes of him were that his horizons were broadened and he had got multi-perspective and multi-dimension of thinking， which were of great importance to the future development of enterprises. Chairman Fu often talks to people politely with a smile and you can see his inner peace. He said all of this came from his family and belief. Although he spent most of the time outside， it did not affect his family life， His family supported him greatly in realizing his dream. He also captured every chance he could to take the family abroad for work.
Chairman Fu said， with "home" on the way， he was never a “homeless”.
任何人都要为自己的选择负责，选择代表了你想要的生活。傅初建说自己是一个喜欢新鲜事物的人，随着企业的扩大，他也逐步将在国外看到和学到的经验用于自己的产品开发，这些产品也畅销于世界各地。所以傅初建说，他不愿意将在外的工作看作出差，他认为这是实现自己梦想必经的过程，也是他生活的一部分。当去国外自己的企业考察时，他并不觉得到了陌生的国度，工作多么辛苦，而是觉得像来到另一个城市看望自己的小孩。从一点英语都不懂到现在可以和外国人交流，傅初建这些年经常在外的经历已经将他改变成一个国际化人士。除此，他的新产品的设计理念很多都来自于在国外观察到的素材。傅初建说，经常游走于国外让他改变最大的是视野的开阔与多角度、多元地考虑问题。而这些，对于企业的未来发展是至关重要的。
傅初建与人的交谈总是彬彬有礼，带着微笑，可以读出他内心的安定。他说这一切来自于家庭和自己的信仰。虽然大半的时间都在外，但是并没有影响他的家庭生活，家人都极大地支持他实现自己的梦想。而他一旦有机会也带着家人一起去国外工作。
傅初建说，有“家”在路上，他就不是个“流浪”的人。
Chairman Fu is lucky， in that he does not only find a happy family， the also the firm belief in his heart. As a Christian， every time he went to a country， he went to the church， saying that it is his second home and he had the most relaxing moments there. In contrast to what I thought， sometimes having business trips could make him relax. He went to another part of the world， had a look at the seed of his dream， got to the place where his soul belonged to and all the fatigue disappeared. The power of belief brought him not only inner peace but also outward contribution. At present he often travels to Africa， because he has sown another seed there. Chairman Fu said， the recent goal of his work was to "improve people's living standards in underdeveloped countries through his career and hard work."
With the development of the Internet， Chairman Fu said that maybe the work in the future could be done at home， but it would did never affect his plans of going abroad frequently. For him， business trips are just another kind of return.
傅初建是幸运的，他找到的不仅是一个幸福的家庭，更有他内心坚定的信仰。作为基督徒，傅初建每到一个国家，都会去教堂，他说那是他的另一个家，在那里是他最放松的时刻。与我预想不同的是，出差对于他来讲，有时却是一件放松的事情；他到世界的另一个地方，看看自己梦想的种子，到自己心灵的归宿休憩，毫无疲倦。而信仰带给他的力量不仅是向内的安定，还有向外的奉献。现在他频繁出差的地方是非洲，因为他把另一颗梦的种子种在了那里。他说，他近期的工作目标是“通过他的事业和努力，提升欠发达国家人民的生活水平。”
随着互联网的发展，傅初建说未来的工作也许只需要在家里就可以完成，但这些丝毫不会影响他经常去国外的打算。“出差”对他来说，也许只是另一种形式的回归而已。

那些年 在空中

The lyrics comes out from Jonathan Lee’s song hills， For Xiaoyu（Alias）， maybe it implies the reason why she choose to be a flight attendant. Four years ago， at the period of bottleneck of her career， she resolutely choose to become a stewardess of German Airline Lufthansa. It was at her best age and she longed for an opportunity to look at the world. Therefore，she made her own choice to be “in the sky”. Meandering rivers and the rising bright moon constitutes the main scenery to those who work on the plane. In the memory of Xiao Yu， the bright moon was the greatest consolation to her when she was on shift to fly abroad. At silent nights， the aircraft flying smoothly while the bright moon outside the window attracts her eyesight and makes her immerse in its beauty. Such beautiful moments may also occur in the cockpit， when the plane is taking off and landing， a panoramic view of amazing scenery could be seen such as glamorous sunsets and shining city night landscape， she said. Anyway， the unique perspective of viewing the world from the plane is so memorable that she could never forget.

这是李宗盛在名为“山丘”的歌里所吟唱的，对小鱼（化名）来说，或许这也是她选择成为空姐的原因。四年前，处在职场瓶颈期的她毅然选择成为汉莎航空公司的一名空姐，那时的她正当年，也正需要一个看世界的机会，于是，她选择了“在空中”。
“在空中”的生活，除了能望到大河弯弯之外，还能望到那云中升起的明月，在小鱼的记忆中，当年的那轮明月成为了她在异乡最大的慰藉。静默的夜空里，飞机平稳地飞行着，小鱼在这个时刻望向窗外，那云中的一轮明月牢牢地抓住了她的目光，再无法转移。像这样的美好时刻，也会出现在飞机驾驶舱中，她说在飞机起飞和降落的时候，飞机驾驶舱中能看到全景的美妙画卷，也许是夕阳西下，也许是夜晚的城市灯光，总之，在空中，视野是那么不同，也令她无法忘怀。
Mentioned the reason that pushed her to switch from a PR to a flight attendant， Xiao Yu quipped humorously， “It could be called my gap year. The phrase gap year was especially popular those days， so I took my chance to have an experience just like that.” At the time， she passed the three-round-interview to enter the German Airline Lufthansa and be a attendant in charge of the line from German to China. Her first flight came soon after three months’ induction training and she kept doing her job well for the following three years. But occasionally， she was still surprised by the cultural difference between the West and East. For instance， Chinese passengers would like to ask for hot water during the flight since the Chinese hold the opinion that hot water do good to stomach， but in the western culture， people used to drink cold or iced water instead. So such request could not be understood by the foreign attendant， they may take it as a unreasonable request or even being rude. Through patient explanation to the foreign cabin crew about the culture difference， they finally understand the Chinese passengers’ behavior. According to her， it can be regarded as a big event that reflects the cultural diversity between the West and the East.
During the days as a flight attendant in German， Xiao Yu had almost traveled all over Europe and she has in favor of the countries of rich cultural background the most， such as Sweden. She was absent from the apartment rented in German for a half of a month or even longer to travel all around， which made the apartment stays empty most of the time. As an attendant in charge of the line from German to China， she had the chance to fly back to China several times during a month， but either to Shanghai or Hongkong in most cases. Since Beijing is her hometown， she can fly to Beijing at least once a month to have a short stay and back on shift to fly. At that time， Xiao Yu became very organized and planned due to the fixed time schedule. Though she had got limited time to be with families， she always figure out ways and squeeze time to spend more quality time with them. 说起当时为何要从公关转行到空姐时，小鱼幽默地打趣道：“这应该算是职场间隔年吧？间隔年那个词在那几年特别火，所以我就选择给自己来一把间隔年。”彼时，经历了三轮面试的她成功地进入了德国汉莎航空，成为了德国飞中国航班上的一名空姐。在3个月的入职培训后，很快就迎来了她的第一次飞行，而且这之后的3年她都做得很顺手。不过，偶尔她也会诧异于中西文化间的差异，就比如为客人送水这件事，中方和外方的空姐就有不同的反应。中国人认为喝热水乃至温水是对肠胃很好的事情，所以总会在飞机上向空姐提出这样的要求。而外国人因为没有喝热水的传统，所以就会认为中国人的这种要求有点无理，甚至会认为这是在找麻烦。经过她对外国同事的讲解之后，她们总算是能理解中国人的这种习惯了，这在小鱼看来可算是中西方文化差异比较大的一个事件了。
在德国担任空姐的那几年，小鱼几乎游遍了欧洲，她更加偏爱的是有文化积淀的瑞典等国度。她基本上每个月有一半时间不在德国租的房子里居住，如果再加上出去玩的话，德国的家就有点形同虚设了。作为汉莎飞中国航班上的空姐，小鱼其实每个月都有几次机会飞到中国，但多是飞上海或者香港，对于生长在北京的她来说，每个月至少也能有一次飞回北京，短暂的呆上一两天，随后还要继续飞在路上。因为航班的排班比较固定，让小鱼在那几年里变得特别有规划性，跟家人的相聚虽然少，但也总能抽出时间来休假，把尽量多的时间留给家人。
The downside of the job also bothered her sometimes. For example， the jet lag caused by the long-term fly from China to Frankfurt made her in a poor physical and mental condition. She was constantly caught in listless and felt absent-minded to do things. Moreover， It’s hard to meet her boyfriend， so he had to keep online and wait to talk to her via QQ messenger during her limited spare time.
After viewing a plenty of European scenery， Xiao Yu finally choose to give up the job “in the sky”. In addition to the worries about her physical condition， the pressure from her family also works. “ Though they won’t tell me they feel upset without me around， but each time I tell them I’ll go bake home， they are really pleased. It’s not hard to tell that they are looking forward to have me bake home.” Rare time to meet her boyfriend also made her families worried about their daughter’s relationship. In addition， the older generations hold the opinion that it is dangerous to be on the plane， it consumes the primordial Qi of one’s body and do harm to the health. Considering all the factors， she had to quit the job after three years working as a flight attendant and return home.
Just like the lyrics goes in Hills from Jonathan Lee， after viewing plenty of scenery in the sky， who could get more guts to confront difficulties in life. Xiao Yu’s experience of being a flight attendant in the sky could be a proper indication.
然而也有让她比较困扰的地方，比方说，长期飞往返中国和法兰克福的航班，就经常需要倒时差，这让她整个人的状态都变得非常差，经常陷于一种乏力和无精神的状态。做事情也经常比较迷糊。与交往多年的男朋友也是难得一见，他男朋友也只有经常挂在qq上守候着她，等她工作闲暇时才能聊上几句。
在看过那么多欧洲风景后，小鱼最后还是选择了放弃这份飞在天上的空姐工作，除了对身体状态的担忧外，也迫于家中父母的压力，她说：“虽然他们（指父母）不会明确说你不在他们身边，他们会很不高兴，但如果你告诉他们，我要回去了，他们就会特别高兴，所以还是看得出他们对于我回家的这份期待。”另外，与男朋友聚少离多的状态，也让家人倍感担忧，老一辈们都觉得在飞机上太不安全了，甚至很传统地认为这会消耗她的“气”。综合了这许多之后，她也只能选择在担任空姐的三年之后辞职，回归了家庭。
就如李宗盛歌中所唱，看过那许多空中风景之后，或许就能放胆面对这生活中的许多难，小鱼的这段空姐生涯，或许就正印证着这件事吧。 Business Trips are the Antistaling Agent for Our Love

“If I go to one of the four largest accounting firms internationally， I will have no time to be with my boyfriend.”
At the year of graduation， a classmate got the offer of a well-known accounting firm， but she hesitated in the face of such a work that needed frequent business trips， because she was afraid that the time she could spend with her boyfriend would be sacrificed. At that time， many classmates thought that her concerns were reasonable.
However， if I mention it to Stanley， who has worked for Deloitte & Touche （DTT， one of the four largest accounting firms internationally） for many years， he will surely laugh， in that as far as he is concerned， business trips are the antistaling agent for the love of him and his wife Mona.
“去全球四大会计师事务所的话，我就没时间跟我男朋友相处了。”
大学毕业那年，身边一个同学接到了一家知名会计师事务所的录取，但她却在这份需要经常出差的工作面前犹豫了，因为害怕牺牲与男朋友之间的相处时光。当时很多同学都觉得她的担忧不是没有道理的。
但如果现在我跟已经在德勤（四大国际会计师事务所之一）工作多年的Stanley提起这件事，他肯定会笑，因为在他看来，出差就是他和妻子Mona之间的爱情保鲜剂。
Stanley and Mona are both the members of DTT. It has been seven years since they fell in love with each other in the university. They can even say that their love develops with the job which needs business trips. Mona has been engaged on the job of auditing. Though she does not need to have as many business trips as before， every time the auditing team has such a trip， it lasts for one or two weeks. Stanley is doing the job of consulting. His business trips are comparatively shorter in time， but the frequency is very high. He has shown me the picture of his flight routines of the past half a year， which was a reticular chart that goes from north to south and from east to west. He said： “In the past years， every year the traveling time took up about one third of the whole year.”
Many people who have families are bored with business trips. Stanley and Mona have been living together since they graduated from the university. Stanley has told me clearly that he thinks business trips are not bad. In his opinion， “Every morning you get into the office， sit there and deal with the work for a whole day， and then leave the office， day after day like a routine， isn’t it boring？” I asked Stanley whether did he like going on business trip because its time was flexible， and he could work like traveling. His answer was no. Because of the requirement of high efficiency， basically his fights were before 8 a.m.， and would arrive at the destination at noon. Then he would start working until the afternoon of the next day or two days later. At night he would fly to Beijing. In the process， he often needed to work overtime. Besides， except heavy work， the only thing that would wait for him was the silent hotel room. In such a state of working on the go， he would think more of his family， and when he was back， the sense of belonging would be much stronger. Stanley和Mona都是德勤的员工，他们从大学时开始相恋，至今已经七年了。可以说，他们的爱情和婚姻一直伴着这份出差的工作在成长着。Mona一直都是从事着审计的工作，尽管她现在出差已经没有刚开始作为新人的时候那么频繁了，但审计团队每次出差的时长也都在一两周左右。Stanley现在做的是咨询工作，出差时间相对较短，但频率很高，他给我展示了这半年多以来他的飞行路线记录图，那是一张从北至南，由东向西的密集网状图。用Stanley的话说：“这些年来，每年出差时长大概占据全年三分之一的时间吧。”
不少有家庭的人，往往都会厌烦出差。Stanley和Mona在大学毕业后就一直生活在一起，两年前他们结婚了。Stanley明确地跟我表示他觉得出差挺好的，因为在他看来：“每天一大早去到办公室，坐下来忙碌一天，晚上离开公司，这样日复一日的程式化工作，不会很枯燥吗？”我问Stanley是不是因为出差自由度很高，可以在外面处于半度假状态，所以才会喜欢上出差。Stanley给我的回答恰恰相反。由于工作效率的需求，他基本都是乘坐早上八点以前的飞机出发，一般会在中午的时候抵达当地，紧接着马上开展工作，一直到第二天或第三天的下午为止，晚上直接飞回北京。这个过程中，晚上也常常要加班，因此，除了密集的工作以外，就只有冷清的酒店在等着他。在这样一种出差工作状态下，人对于家庭生活的念想会越来越多，当出差回到家以后，对家的归属感也会更强烈。
As for the affection between Stanley and Mona， it is the same as the saying” Absence makes the heart grow fonder”， temporary separations bring them with a feel of freshness. Business trips have kept a distance between them， but actually it is their way of getting on with each other. Stanley and Mona were in the same class when they were undergraduates， but they did not like to stick together every day. They had their own space， and seldom sat together in the class. Stanley told me that， at the time of graduation， he did not go to DTT with Mona but entered another accounting firm， in the thought of keeping some distance between them.
However， even Stanley can only tolerate such kind of short-term business trips. If it is a long-term business trip， such as having a work shift in another place for more than half a month， he could not accept. “I am a Cancer man and the Cancers are known for their homesickness. If I were asked to leave my home for more than a year， I could be mad.” Stanley told me that， he believed that Mona would not accept long-term business trips either. After all， business trips are only a refreshment of their life.
Business trips are part of their life now. In the long run， as their careers develop， they will finally go to stable positions that do not need to have business trips. Stanley and Mona have realized it， but just as that they tried to adapt themselves to business trips， they will gradually get used to the life that does not need business trips. At least as Stanley says， they can still create some time that they are not together， to keep the freshness of their love.
而对于Stanley和Mona两个人的感情而言，就是那句老话“小别胜新婚”，短暂的分离让两个人之间有了新鲜感。出差让他们之间保留了一定的距离，而事实上这也是他们之间的一种相处模式。Stanley和Mona大学时候是同专业同学，但他们却不喜欢天天黏在一起，都有各自的活动空间，甚至连上课他们也极少会坐在一起。Stanley告诉我，毕业的时候，他没有直接和Mona一起进入德勤，而是去了另一家会计师事务所，也是因为想在两个人之间保有一定的距离。
但出差对于Stanley来说也仅限于现在这种短暂的差旅而已，如果是长期的出差，比如到外地轮岗半年以上的工作，他是没有办法接受的。“我是巨蟹座，巨蟹座是出名的恋家啊，让我离开家半年以上，我就会受不了了。”Stanley告诉我，他相信Mona也不会接受长期出差这种情况。毕竟出差对于他们来说就是一种生活方式上的调节而已。 出差是他们现在工作生活的一部分，但从长远来看，在他们的职业道路上，他们终归还是会走向基本不需要出差的稳定职位。Stanley和Mona都意识到了这一点，但就像他们去适应出差一样，他们也会慢慢适应将来不出差的生活，至少用Stanley的话说，他们还是可以给自己创造一些不在一起的时间，让爱情继续保鲜下去。

The separated rooms and balconies hanging full with clothes are the scene there and accompanied by kids’ cry and vendors’ peddling. All of these are epitomes of the city and also that of Xiaopei’s brief stopover after finishing a tour.
Xiaopei is my high school classmate and also the one of the longest working time as a tourist guide among my friends.
The last time I saw her was two years ago， when she still possessed the innocence of a university student. But this time， when she appears with high heels， the increasing character of a mature woman is shown though she is a little bit tired.
Before the interview， Xiaopei just finished a job of escort-service guide for 20 days. She still needs to book flight ticket and go on the next trip after the interview.
穿过各种市场及嘈杂的人群，才能到小佩的住处。公寓毗邻丰台区分钟寺地铁站，是典型的北漂聚居式公寓，单间分隔，晒满衣物的阳台是这里的风景线，孩子的哭闹声与沿街小贩的叫卖声此起彼伏。这些是这个城市的缩影，也是小佩带团后短暂停歇地的缩影。
小佩是我的高中同学，也是我的朋友圈中做导游这行从业时间最久的。
上一次见她还是在两年前，那时候她还稚气未脱，尚且留着大学生的书生气。而这次的小佩脚踩高跟鞋出现在我面前时，尽管面容因病略显困倦，但却遮挡不住她骨子里与日俱增的熟女气质。
接受我采访之前，小佩刚刚结束了为期二十天的全陪团。结束采访后，她还要忙着订机票，赶赴下一段旅程。
It was accidental for her to enter the tourist guide industry， which was just due to a whim. She herself loves traveling and became a part-time guide by chance during her college time. Then she becomes addicting to it and lasts for 4 years.
The busy season for tourism is from the last ten-day of June to the first ten-day of September， which is also the busiest time for guides. Many of them can make lots of money for the spending of a year within the 3 months but at the cost of the devotion of heart and soul day and night.
Almost 3/4 of the time in these months is on the way and they can only rest for 5-6 hours every day. Most of the time for guides is “hand-to-hand battle” against scenic spots with tourists and drivers. Besides lots of contents of explanation， they also need to mention their tourists the tips of sunshine proof， heatproof and theft proof.
误打误撞入导游行，缘于小佩的心血来潮。本就爱旅行的她，在大学期间，机缘巧合地做了兼职导游，从此深陷其中，一发不可收拾，一做就是四年。
旅游业旺季是在每年的六月下旬至九月上旬之间，这段时间也是导游在一年中忙得最不可开交的日子。很多导游可以用这三个月的时间挣取足够一年花费的高额收入，但随之而来的，也是没日没夜的全身心投入。 几个月里几乎有四分之三的时间是在路上，每天仅有五六个小时的睡眠。大多数时间都是和游客、司机一起，与景区“打肉搏战”。再加上每天的讲解内容数量巨大，团队人数较多，防晒、防暑、防贼就成了必不可少的注意事项。
But Xiaopei cares nothing for this and loves the industry with due diligence. For years， she has not received any complaints. What’s more， she also develops “real skills”： no matter how complicated the tourists’ identities are， she can， in the shortest time， figure out the total cost of entrance tickets including the preferential ones of seniors and kids； she can classify the explanation contents according to the differences of regions and try to make every tourist understand through the easiest way.
The implementation of Tourism Law last year stipulates that， there is no “service fee” for guides and their income only paid by travel agencies for leading tourist groups. And because the job have no insurance， no guarantee， no fixed wages and no benefits， and the public is rejecting the whole tourist guides group since some black sheep， most of the young girls just take the job for fun and jump into other industries after a while. However， Xiaopei is an exception， “I just like working as a guide， which makes me happy and energetic.”
可这些小佩全都不以为意，她深爱着这个行业，尽职尽责，从业几年来从未收到任何投诉。不仅如此，她还练就了一身“真本领”：无论游客身份有多复杂，她都可以在最短时间内算出享受优惠价的老人、小孩和全团其他成员的门票总额；她会根据游客地域的差别将讲解内容进行分类，并用接地气的讲解方法尽全力做到让每一位游客听明白。
随着去年《旅游法》的推出，导游的工资没有了所谓的“服务费”，而完全来源于旅行社支付的基本跟团费，无保险、无保障、无固定工资、无福利，加上公众群体因为黑导游而对整个导游群体产生的排斥心理，大多年轻姑娘抱着玩一玩的心态做一段日子就转行了。可小佩是个例外，“我就是喜欢做导游，这工作让我心情好，精神头也足了”。
Her boyfriend Xiaolu then entered into her life. They met in her good girlfriend’s wedding and have been together for one and half year. It’s time for them to talk about getting married. For this 1.5 year， there are over 300 days that Xiaopei is on the way and her boyfriend has supported her from the beginning. All things depend on Xiaopei’s time including enduring spending more time apart together， buying wedding house and discussing the engagement time. But as time goes on and the wedding is coming， Xiaolu finally asked Xiaopei to change another industry. “In fact， I understand him， we both love life and my busy work indeed affects our living quality，” said Xiaopei. Maybe this winter， she will consider the change.
The wedding house is in Tianjin and they register permanent residence there. When the date is coming， after getting the marriage license， life will not be the one only for oneself. In the past， a bed， a restroom and a house near the metro station made up of the definition of “home”. Now， the wedding house is ready and just lack of a steady job， then the relationship can be more and more stable. During the National Day just passed by， Xiaopei rejected the guide tasks of all agencies and decided to spend it with Xiaolu. Accompany is the most lasting love even if they don’t go anywhere. When it turns to job and accompany， the latter overweighs the former.
Xiaolu once said， “Let me lead you to all the places that you have never been before.” I think， for a guide， there would be no more touching confession than this.
后来男友小鹿闯进了小佩的世界。在闺蜜的婚礼上相识，相处一年半，终于也到了两个人谈婚论嫁的时候。这一年半以来，小佩在路上的时间有三百多天，而男友从始至终就扮演着支持者的角色。从忍受两个人聚少离多，到买婚房、商量订婚时间，一切都向小佩的时间开路。可随着时间的推移，婚期的推进，男友终于还是开口劝小佩转行。“其实我懂他，我们都是热爱生活的人，我现在这么忙，确实影响到了我们的生活品质。”小佩说，可能做完这个冬天，她也真的要考虑转行了。
婚房买在了天津，也有了天津户口。婚期渐近，领证后，生活就不再是自己一个人的了。从前一张床，一间卫生间，离地铁近，就是“家”的唯一定义。现在有了婚房，还差个固定工作，这样，感情才能越来越稳定。
刚刚过去的国庆节，小佩推掉了所有旅行社的任务，决心陪小鹿过。就算哪儿也不去，陪伴是最长情的爱。工作与陪伴，还是后者占了上风。
小鹿曾说：“以后你没去过的地方，就让我带你走完”。我想，于导游而言，没有比这更动情的告白了吧。
The Travel Life of
a Secretary to CEO
总裁秘书的差旅人生
“Do not ask me， I should make a phone call to the secretary of my father. She knows it better.”
It is a familiar line that has appeared in many idol dramas. A CEO should always have a capable and beautiful secretary nearby， who can deal with various tasks of the company calmly and take care of the matters of his family enthusiastically ， being deeply trusted by the boss and his family members.
My friend May is acting as such a role of a super secretary. My impression of May is a capable Beijing girl who always dresses herself up delicately and has a smile on the face. These years， she has been promoted from a new secretary to the Office Director of an investment company. What we see in the Moments of Wechat is that， she is a “flying trapeze” who travels around the world and tells everyone she is safe as kind of “punching in”. She has told me that in her company， from top to bottom， everyone will go on business trip for at least once every month， sometimes for business matters， but sometimes just to give the official seal of the company or some materials to the boss.
“别问我，我先给我爸的秘书打个电话，她比较清楚。”
这是一句熟悉的台词，出现在无数的偶像剧当中，总裁身边总有一个万能的美女秘书，她既能冷静地处理好公司的大大小小任务，又能热心地打理好领导家庭相关事务，深得老板及其家庭成员的信任。
我的朋友May在现实生活中就是扮演着万能秘书这样一个角色。May给我的印象一直都是一个打扮精致，脸上永远绽放着笑容的干练北京大妞。这些年，她在一家投资公司从一个新人秘书做到办公室主任，我们在朋友圈里看到的她就是一个游走于世界各地打卡报平安的空中飞人。她告诉我，在他们公司，从上到下每个人每个月至少要出一次差，有时候可能是要去商谈业务，有时候可能只是为了给领导送公司公章或一份资料。
May is the Office Director now， which in her words is “the first secretary”. In addition to the work in the office， she also has to deal with the matters of the boss’s family. For example， when we see her in the Moments of Wechat saying that she is on a business trip but posting beautiful photos of traveling， she is actually on a business trip--accompanying the family of the boss who are traveling. Even the visa application of the boss’s child is in the charge of her. When she got down to this job， she felt curious and excited about business trips. Every time she prepared much luggage which filled the suitcase and matched the clothes she would wear in advance. However， at present， she said with a smile， she did not feel excited at all when she heard the words ”business trip”， what happened usually was that she could take her suitcase and leave the moment she got the task of going on a business trip.
May is still living with her parents now， and her father also goes on business trips frequently， leaving her mother alone at home. At the end of last year， May went on a two-month business trip， traveling throughout America for business matters.” In the two months， I traveled from one city to another every two or three days with much time spent on the way. Every time I arrived in a place， I sent my clothes to the laundry urgently.” When May mentioned the moment that she got home， her expression was both annoyed and amused， she said： “What my mother said to me first when she saw me was that ‘I have almost forgotten the existence of you and your father.’”
May现在已经是办公室主任了，用她的话说，叫“一秘”。她除了要处理办公室事务以外，还要帮忙打理领导的家务事。比如说，当我们看到她发朋友圈说在国外出差，但却不停地晒旅游美照时，她确实是在出差——陪领导家属出游。甚至领导孩子申请出国的事情都会交由她来把关。
刚开始接触这份工作的时候，May对于出差还觉得非常新鲜，每次都会提前准备好满满一箱子的行李，搭配好每一天要穿的衣服。而如今，她笑言，听到出差一词已经没有兴奋感了，而且常常是接到任务后拎包就走。
May现在还和父母一起住，父亲和她一样也是经常出差在外，往往家里只有母亲一个人。去年底，May出了一趟长达两个半月的差旅，辗转在国内和美国各地商谈工作事宜。“那两个多月，两三天换一个城市，不停地在路上，我的衣服每到一处都是加急送洗。”May提起回家的那一瞬间，露出一副哭笑不得的表情，她说：“我妈见到我第一句就是‘我都忘记你和你爸的存在了’”。实际上，当我问到她这样的差旅生活会不会对她的日常家庭生活造成困扰时，她却认真地反问我：“你不知道这世界上有种东西叫视频吗？”在出差的时间里，她和父母建立一个微信群，随时保持联系，晚上空闲的时候，也会和他们视频聊天。在她看来，差旅生活并没有影响她和父母之间的沟通。
However， after May got a boyfriend， the traveling life seemed to have some effect on her relationship. May was a responsible person， as far as she was concerned， being a secretary， it was normal for her to be ready for 24 hours with her phone on. She said： “I used to get emergent calls after I had gone to bed. Then I should drive to the company and to get a file which was suddenly remembered by the boss， and take it to the airport the next morning.” Gradually， her boss and colleagues had been used to that she could be found at any time. Especially for the business of America， she often got Emails at mid night. If she woke up at night， she would reply them seriously. One day， her boyfriend told her， her way of working was abnormal. At first， he could not tolerate the call from the company which asked her to go back to work in the middle of a date. Now May is the Office Director， and she can give much work to others. Her business trips are not as frequent as before （when she told me this， I remembered that she had said that she went to Shanghai for five times the month before）， and are going to get married. She is constantly adjusting her business trips and the paces of their life. But being “the first secretary”， there is still much confidential work that needed to be implemented by herself. Even though it is the work for three persons， she has to do it for the boss alone. Fortunately， now her boyfriend understands her， and their paces of life are in harmony.
Many people around May live a life on the go. Many living examples have told her that if a she chooses such a life and decides to have a family， she should deal with the problem of balance： they must understand each other， and on a large extent， the comparatively stable side should learn to tolerate.
然而，May自从有了男朋友以后，差旅生活好像开始给她的恋爱时光带来了一定的影响。May是一个尽职尽责的人，在她看来，作为一个秘书，24小时开机待命是一件正常的事情，用她的话说：“我以前经常都睡下了，突然接到紧急电话，然后自己开车回公司去取一份领导临时想起的文件，第二天一早再送去机场。”渐渐地，领导和同事也习惯了她随时可联系的这种状态。尤其是美国的业务，常常会在半夜给她发邮件，她如果半夜醒来了，也会认真地回复。有一天，她的男朋友告诉她，这是不正常的工作状态。刚开始的时候，他无法忍受周末约会到一半，突然公司来电话把自己女朋友叫回去处理工作的情况。
现在的May已经是办公室主任了，很多工作可以交给别人去办，出差也不需要那么频繁（当她告诉我这句话的时候，我记得她说过上个月她去了五次上海）。马上要步入婚姻殿堂的她，也在不停地调适她的差旅工作和二人生活节奏。但是作为一秘，依然有很多涉及机密工作时候必须由她亲自去执行，即使那是三个人的工作量，她也必须一个人去替领导完成。幸好，现在她的男朋友已经理解她的工作，两个人在生活步调上也已经达成了一致。
May的周围充满了各式各样的差旅人生，这些活生生的例子告诉她，选择差旅人生后，一旦要决定组织家庭，必须要协调好一个平衡的问题：两个人必须要互相理解，很大程度上，相对安稳的一方还须懂得忍让。
Geological Investigation：
a “Go Now” Trip
地质调研：说走就走的出差
Shi Feng， a graduate from Peking University majoring in geology， now works at the research institute of China Earthquake Administration. The administration activated the emergency response for the recent 6 magnitude earthquake in Yunnan province， and the research institute also mobilize and send personal to Yunnan Earthquake branch to evaluate and investigate the disaster.
"At 10 pm in the evening of the earthquake， I was asked to await orders at home. Then at 12 pm I left home. My wife helped me pack up the luggage. We both stayed up the whole night."
It is not the first time in this year for Shi Feng to take a trip like this. As a geological scientist， this is the normalcy. Especially in case of earthquake， a "go now" trip is just the routine. "Including the Yunnan trip， I have taken 7 trips already this year. It's the nature of my work，" said by Shi Feng lightly. Geological investigation is conducted in the open， and there are three purposes for their trips： first， scientific projects 2 or 3 times a year which usually lasts from one to one and a half months； second， academic conference 2 to 5 times a year which mainly aims for scientific communication lasting for 3 to 5 days，； and the disaster emergency response like the Yunnan earthquake. In this calculation， Shi Feng has spent four months in taking the seven trips by far this year. In Yunnan， work is especially hard. He used to investigate in some remote villages which were seriously stricken by the disaster and do the report when he was back at night. Staying up the night before， he still needed to set off early in the morning. In the face of such high pace of work， Shi Feng did not define it with the word “suffering” and he preferred to used “responsibility” and “sense of mission”.
石峰在中国地震局研究所工作，毕业于北大，专业是地质。2014年10月7日，云南省发生了六级地震，地震局启动了应急响应方案，他所在的研究所也积极调动人力，派往云南协助云南省地震局进行灾情评估和科考工作。
“发生地震的当晚十点钟，我接到通知在家里待命，后来12点钟就从家里出发了，老婆也半夜起来帮我翻箱倒柜找出差必备的东西，我俩基本上一宿都没睡。”
石峰这样的出差一年内已经不是第一次了，作为地质科研工作者，这几乎是他们工作的常态。尤其是碰到诸如地震这样的紧急情况，“说走就走的出差”就是家常便饭。“今年算上云南这次，已经是我第七次出差了，这个工作的性质就是这样的。”面对如此频繁的出差，石峰很淡定地介绍说，地质科研是一个需要在野外调研的工作，出差目的基本上分成三种：一种是科研项目，时间一般是在一个到一个半月左右，一年当中有两到三次不等。第二种是学术会议，主要是为了科研交流，一般是三到五天。一年中也是大概两到五次。还有就是像云南地震这样的灾害紧急响应。这样算下来，这一年石峰目前为止七次的累计出差时间也将近四个月。
在云南调研的时间，也是比较辛苦的，他经常要到偏远受灾的村寨调查情况，晚上还要回来做汇报。晚上休息的很晚，第二天一大早又出发了。面对这样的工作节奏，石峰并没有觉得艰苦是定义它的词汇，他更愿意用责任和使命感这样的词语来理解现在所做的工作。
“Actually， in China， there are not many people who take up geology as a career or study it. ” Shi Feng said， at first Geology was not his choice either. It happened step by step. When he began to study in Pecking University， he was transferred to Geology major. At that time he had no idea of the vocation and did not know what it was for. He just heard people saying that it was tough and its future was bleak. After graduating from Pecking University he went on studying for his master’s degree in the geological research institution. The first time he got interested in geology was when he joined in the research program of the research institution. The first research program he had with long-term business trip was for Wenchuan earthquake in 2008. For that time he stayed in Sichuan for eight months. It was this experience that made him transform from a student to a researcher. “It was the first time I had faced to earth quake and Sichuan.” I followed my tutor and senior fellow apprentice blindingly and got to know many practical matters. At the same time I realized that the essence of geology scientific research was practical experience， and practical experience could only be deeply achieved in field research.” Shi Feng said， from the first time he went on a business trip to Wenchuan to Yunnan today， except professional experience， he had also obtained the sense of achievement of self-actualization， which he enjoyed greatly. From an idea in the beginning to investigations and to the accomplishment， they were all sense of achievement that could be obtained in field research. In contrast to the suffering in other people’s eyes， Shi Feng regarded business trips as special experiences. “I like the working mode of having a business trips to the fields， because I could get along with myself in an unfamiliar environment and concentrate on what I should do.” As for business trips， the outside consider them as boring and tough. Shi Feng said that he focused on the purpose of the thing he would do. “Business trip is only a means that you use to accomplish the goal of your work， for instance， the geology work asks me to accomplish a goal of research， then the information and data should be from field researches， and you will find things that are different to the theory you have learned. These are supplements to the work. We should not regard business trip as a boring task only or focus on the hardships of the trip itself.”
"Go now" trips are the mode of geological work. Shi Feng has accepted it and is now enjoying the working status. Even so， it is not so easy to put down all the worries and concerns. For him， what makes him feel guilty the most is that he has less time to spend with the family. ”My wife is a reasonable person， she understands my work and gives me much support， but I can feel that as a woman she needs my company. However， the only thing I can do is to make as many phone calls to the family as possible， telling them I am safe and communicating in time.”
Shi Feng said， the balance between work and family needed to be grouped and mastered， because you could not say no to your responsibility and obligations， but should also cater for the feelings of the family. In face of such a dilemma， you should not lose yourself， but find a way with the greatest possibility to get the balance.In Beijing， Shi Feng has a stable work and happy family. His career is going up steadily in the right direction. He said such a life allowed him to feel inner peace and wherever he was and he had never had the feel of quaking. Such “stability” is the largest motivation for him to face up to “quaking life”.
“After Wenchuan Earthquake， I have been back there for many times， because there was a long-term program there. Sometimes I really admire the people of disaster-stricken areas. Their optimism and the big heart in continuing the life impress me deeply. And every time I go back， I find the achievements of reconstruction. I often feel happy and gratified for these good changes. ”
“其实国内做地质工作和研究地质的人并不是很多。”石峰说，最初自己的选择也并不是地质学。是一步一步走到这样的。最开始在北大读书，他是被调剂到地质专业的，那会儿他对这个行业没有概念，不知道是干嘛的，只听别人讲说这个行业是艰苦的，前景是暗淡的。慢慢地到后来他在北大读完了本科进入到地质研究所读硕士，真正对地质科研产生兴趣开始于参与研究所的科研项目。而第一次长时间出差参与的调研项目就是08年汶川地震。那次他在四川待了八个月。正是这次经历，使他从学生转变成一名科研工作者。“那时候，面对地震、四川，都是第一次，懵懵懂懂地跟着导师和师兄逐渐学到了实践中的很多东西。那会儿我也感到了地质科研工作的精髓，就是实践经验。而实践一定是在野外调研中才能更深刻获得的”石峰说，从第一次出差去汶川到现在的云南，他收获的除了专业上的经验之外，让自己感到很享受的部分是实现自我价值的成就感。从最开始的一个想法到去调研并且完成，这些都是在野外调研中获得的成就感。而相比于别人眼里的艰苦，石峰觉得野外出差对他来说是一种别样的体验。“我喜欢在野外出差的工作模式是因为你可以到一个完全陌生的环境中，有自己跟自己相处的时间并且集中精力完全投入地做一件事。”
对于出差，面对外界人眼里看来的枯燥和艰苦，石峰说他把重心放在事情的目的上。“出差只是你实现工作目的的一种手段，比如地质工作需要我完成一个科研目标，那其中信息和数据的获得要靠实地的调研，而且你也会发现跟以往所看到理论不一样的地方，这些都是工作的补充。不能为了出差而出差，或者是纠结于出差本身的艰苦。”
说走就走的出差是地质工作的模式，石峰已经接受它并且非常喜欢现在的工作状态，但尽管如此，说放就放的牵挂却并不是件容易的事。对于他来讲，最愧疚的是少了对家人的陪伴。“我的爱人是个通情达理的人，她理解我的工作，给予了很大的支持，但是我能感受到作为一个小女人她需要的那种陪伴。而我能做的就是尽量多的给家里打电话报平安，及时沟通交流。”
石峰说，工作和家庭的平衡是需要摸索和把握的。因为你不可能拒绝降临到你身上的责任和义务，但是你又要顾及到家人的感受，面对这种两难选择，你不能让自己跌入纠结，而是应该找到办法，最大可能地找到平衡。在北京，石峰有稳定的工作，幸福的家庭，事业也在步入正轨，稳步上升。他说这样的生活让他感到内心的稳定，不管自己的地点在哪里，他都从来没有动荡的感觉。这种“稳定”也是他能够面对“动荡的生活”继续走下去的最大动力。
“汶川地震之后，我回去过很多次，因为有长期的项目在那里，有时挺佩服灾区人民的，他们的那种乐观、那种生活还要继续下去的豁达都让我印象深刻。而每次回去看到灾区的建设一点点好转，我也经常为这种美好的转变感到由衷的开心和欣慰。”
