我国贫困地区的妇幼保健工作发展与国家的要求和人民群众日益增长的保健需求不相适应.本文对地处老、少、边、穷山区的酉阳土家族苗族自治县基层妇幼保健工作的现状进行了调查,结果值得深思. 一、基层妇幼保健工作人员少、任务重、素质差、队伍不稳定酉阳土家族苗族自治县有13个区(镇),80个乡,740个村,5100多平方公里,67万多人.区、乡卫生院有专(兼)职妇幼保健人员108人,人均服务面积约48平方公里,服务人口6200多人.在108人中
