以蛇胆川贝液中川贝总碱为测定指示，采用恒温加速法和初均速法预测其有效期，测得的效果接近，初均速法不需判断反应级数，较恒温加速法方便。
Taking the total alkaloids of Fritillaria chuanxiong in the liquid of Shedan chuanxiong as the measurement indicator, the effective period was predicted by constant temperature acceleration method and initial average velocity method. The measured results were similar. The initial average velocity method did not need to judge the reaction order, and was more convenient than the constant temperature acceleration method.
