为探讨开发天然抗栓药的途径，本文对具有活血化瘀功效的19类575种中草药单方和122个复方进行了体外抗栓实验和整体动物抗栓实验筛选。结果发现，219种中草药和67个复方具有抗栓作用。开发天然抗栓药的途径是：（1）筛选具有活血化瘀功效的方药（含单、复方），是一条基本途径；（2）筛选活血化瘀类方药（尤破血下瘀方药），是一条重要途径；（3）筛选其他类方药，也不容忽视。
In order to explore the ways to develop natural antithrombotic drugs, this article carried out in vitro antithrombotic experiments and anti-thrombotic experiments of the whole animal with 19 types of 575 Chinese herbal medicines and 122 compounds with the effect of promoting blood circulation. As a result, it was found that 219 Chinese herbal medicines and 67 compounds had antithrombotic effects. The ways to develop natural antithrombotic drugs are: (1) Screening prescriptions (having single and compound) with the effect of promoting blood circulation; it is a basic approach; (2) Screening herbs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis (especially blood and diarrhea drugs), Is an important way; (3) screening other types of drugs can not be ignored.
