原发性痛风(简称痛风)是一组嘌呤代谢紊乱所致的疾病,其主要临床特点是高尿酸血症、急性或慢性关节炎、间质性肾炎及肾结石症等。由于以往对其临床特点认识不足和国内发病率低印象的影响,故误诊率甚高。现将我院1980年～1986年收治的114例痛风分析如下。
Primary gout (referred to as gout) is a group of purine metabolism disorders caused by the disease, the main clinical features of hyperuricemia, acute or chronic arthritis, interstitial nephritis and kidney stones and so on. Misdiagnosis rate is very high due to the lack of understanding of its clinical features and the low incidence of domestic morbidity in the past.
