一、引言塑胶产品在注塑过程中产生变形是不可避免的,如何把变形控制在公差范围内是我们每个塑件工程师首先要解决的问题。在实际中这个问题主要通过两个方面去解决,一个是改善产品结构,二是通过合适的成型工艺去控制变形。本文主要探讨的是后者。二、变形的成因概述塑胶产品在注塑成型过程中产生变形的原因有很多,一般的原因有以下几个方面:1.塑胶产品各部分壁厚不均产生变形。通常产品主体部分较厚,筋位较薄,塑件冷却时,筋位全部冷却后主体中间仍有未凝结
