麻醉药品是指连续使用后易产生身体依赖性、能成瘾的药品。这类药品有强烈的镇痛作用和成瘾性,在医疗上,用之得当,可以治病,减轻病人痛苦;用之失当,可以成瘾,有毒害作用。因此,对麻醉药品既要严加管理,防止滥用,防止成瘾和造成社会公害;又要使之在医疗上发挥它的作用。怎样才能使麻醉药品既有利于医疗,又不造成危害呢?我们通过多年的实践探索,认为:①加强管理人员的自身学习和思想认识的提高,使《麻醉药品管理办法》中规定的“五专一加锁”落在实处,如,我们每隔一段时间必须组织管理人员温习《麻醉药品管理办法》,并由科主任领头,组织有关人员深入到药库、和配方单位及领用
