在过去的5年间对菲律宾吕宋岛(热带)及中国浙江(亚热带)稻区进行了水稻种传细菌病害及病原的调查与研究。从热带的129份及亚热带的116份水稻样本中分离出3500多个细菌菌株,经筛选获得280个致病菌。其中水稻白叶枯病及细菌性条斑病仍是两地带主要的细菌病害,但一些新的细菌病害已出现,一种病害可涉及到几种细菌。致病菌的分离频率在热带约为9%,亚热带为6%左右。经细菌学和数值分类法(Biolog)测定,发现11个细菌种与病害有关,但来自假单胞杆菌属4个种的绝大多数菌株不致病。一些影响种子发芽和幼苗生长的细菌需进一步调查和鉴定。
Over the past five years, research has been conducted on rice bacterial diseases and pathogens in Luzon (Philippines) and China (Zhejiang) sub-tropical areas. More than 3,500 bacterial strains were isolated from 129 tropical and subtropical rice samples, and 280 pathogenic bacteria were screened out. Among them, bacterial leafbelt and bacterial leafbelt are still the major bacterial diseases in the two regions. However, some new bacterial diseases have emerged, and several kinds of bacteria can be involved in one disease. The frequency of pathogens in the tropical about 9%, about 6% in the subtropical. According to the bacteriology and numerical classification (Biolog), 11 bacterial species were found to be disease-related, but most of the 4 strains from Pseudomonas were not pathogenic. Some bacteria that affect seed germination and seedling growth need further investigation and identification.
