小纪中心卫生院现有在岗人员121人,院党支部由本院和防保所、竹墩医院、宗村医院、华阳卫生院、小纪大德生药店6个单位联合组建,共有党员76人。今年以来,我院党支部在开展思想政治工作中,认真贯彻落实市局及党委、镇党委、政府相关会议精神和要求,牢牢把握“以病人为中心,创优质服务,树行业新风”的工作导向,坚持以人为本,以情为本,以绩为本,充分发挥并不断拓展思想政治工作优势,有效地促进了广大职工思想素质、服务效能,整体形象明显提升,为推进和谐医院建设提供了强有力的思想保证、政治保障和动力支持。
