本文叙述了一种刀具磨损自动补偿系统的工作原理,该系统用适于在重型立式机床上加工深孔过程中,补偿一次走刀的机动时间超出切刀用耐度时所产生的磨损。介绍了该系统在专用试验台上试验时所得出的工作特性以及在IK62型车床上使用的结果。试验时的加工条件与在立式机床上的加工条件相接近。
This paper describes the working principle of a tool wear automatic compensation system that is suitable for processing deep holes in a heavy duty vertical machine tool to compensate for the wear and tear of a single pass when the maneuvering time exceeds the cutter endurance. Describes the operating characteristics of the system when tested on a dedicated test bench and the results used on the IK62 lathe. The processing conditions at the time of testing are similar to the processing conditions on a vertical machine tool.
