20世纪初期的广州具备承办中共三大的社会政治环境,成为全国唯一能召开中共三大会议的首选城市。中共三大在广州圆满召开,显示了广州党组织工作之出色,证明在广州举行会议确实很合时宜,广州在当时的中国革命政治格局中地位的确重要。中共三大改变了广州在中国革命格局中的地位,使广州一度成为无产阶级最重要的根据地,成为大革命的策源地和中心。
In the early 20th century, Guangzhou had the social and political environment of undertaking the 3 rd party congress and became the only city in the country that could hold the 3rd CCP Congress. The successful conclusion of the Third Plenary Session of the CPC in Guangzhou shows that the work of the party organizations in Guangzhou is excellent. It proves that the meeting in Guangzhou is truly timely and that Guangzhou’s status in the revolutionary Chinese political situation of the time was indeed important. The three major Chinese Communists changed their status in the Chinese revolutionary pattern, making Guangzhou once the most important base for the proletariat and the source and center of the Great Revolution.
