目的:评价硅橡胶轻体加藻酸盐材料印模法制作铸造桩核的临床效果。方法:选取2009年1月至2010年12月在广东省江门市口腔医院修复科行桩冠修复的患者350例(350颗患牙)作为研究对象,根据材料的不同分为实验组(硅橡胶轻体加藻酸盐印模法,175例)和对照组(硅橡胶印模法,175例),根据临床检查和X线检查结果评价密合性。结果:实验组和对照组铸造桩临床检查满意者、X线检查满意者分别为170例(97.1%)和171例(97.7%)、172例(98.3%)和169例(96.6%),两组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P=0.736,0.311)。结论:硅橡胶轻体加藻酸盐印模法制取桩核效果良好,是修复残根残冠的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical effect of silicone rubber light body plus alginate imprint method for casting post-core. Methods: From January 2009 to December 2010 in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, Stomatological Hospital restoration crown of 350 patients (350 teeth) as the research object, according to the different materials into experimental groups (silicone rubber Light body plus alginate impression method, 175 cases) and control group (silicone rubber impression method, 175 cases). The adhesiveness was evaluated according to the results of clinical examination and X-ray examination. Results: There were 170 cases (97.1%) and 171 cases (97.7%), 172 cases (98.3%) and 169 cases (96.6%) satisfied with X-ray examination in the experimental group and the control group respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P = 0.736,0.311). CONCLUSION: Silicone rubber light body plus alginate imprinting method is effective in producing post-core, which is an effective method to repair residual canopy.
