基于Make2D-DB Ⅱ软件包构建了一个水稻二维电泳-质谱联动数据库Rice2DDB,介绍了该数据库的构建方法和步骤,为快速发展的水稻蛋白质组学研究提供了数据管理和交流的平台,对其他物种的蛋白质组学研究也具有参考价值。
Based on the Make2D-DB Ⅱ software package, Rice2DDB was constructed, and the construction method and steps of the database were introduced. It provided a platform for data management and exchange for the rapid development of rice proteomics research. Species proteomics research also has reference value.
