目的了解某卫生高等职业技术学校部分学生的营养知识(K)、营养态度(A)和饮食行为习惯(P),分析并筛选影响学生饮食行为的因素。方法 2014年4月随机抽取该卫生高职校三个年级360名护理专业女生进行问卷调查。结果调查回收的360份问卷中,有效问卷355份;该卫生高职校女护生营养基础知识的知晓率均在60%以上;80%以上学生具有较高的营养观念,但其饮食行为习惯存在诸多的弊端:43.38%的学生没有吃早餐的习惯;8.73%的存在挑食、偏食现象;50.42%的奶制品摄入量过少;48.73%的经常缺乏运动;13.24%的有吃零食的习惯;31.27%存在着盲目节食等。结论该校学生在营养知识认知、掌握方面较欠缺,缺乏一个正确、积极的营养态度,未形成良好的日常饮食行为。
Objective To understand nutritional knowledge (K), nutritional attitude (A) and eating habits (P) of some students in a higher vocational and technical school of health, and to analyze and screen the factors influencing students’ dietary behaviors. Methods In April 2014, 360 nursing professional girls from three grades of health vocational colleges were randomly selected for questionnaire survey. Results Among the 360 questionnaires recovered, 355 were valid questionnaires. The awareness rate of nutrition knowledge of female nursing students was higher than 60%. More than 80% of the students had high nutrition awareness, but their eating behavior habits There are many drawbacks: 43.38% students do not eat breakfast habits; 8.73% have picky eaters, partial eclipse phenomenon; 50.42% of dairy products intake is too small; 48.73% of the often lack of exercise; 13.24% have eating habits ; 31.27% there is blind diet and so on. Conclusion The students in the school have a lack of understanding and mastery of nutritional knowledge, lack of a correct and positive attitude toward nutrition, and do not form a good daily diet.
