报告以星状神经节封闭（SGB）和丹参治疗特发性突聋（突聋）患者共114例。其中SGB组34例（34耳）．丹参组42例（48耳）．SGB＋丹参组38例（42耳），并对其疗效进行比较，结果：SGB组有效率为58．8％，丹参组为58．3％；两组之间无差异（P＞0．05），SGB＋丹参组有效率达81．0％，与SGB和丹参两组相比有明显提高（P＜0．05），还进一步观察了三组患者起病至治疗时间（病程）和听力损失程度与疗效的关系，结果显示病程≤15天及听力损失程度≤90dB三组疗效无差异（P＞0．05），病程16～30天及听力损失＞90dBSGB＋丹参组的疗效与SGB和丹参组相比有明显提高。本文还讨论了三组疗法对耳鸣的治疗，结果SGB＋丹参组有效率为71．0％，SGB组为44．4％，丹参组为42．9％，提示SGB＋丹参组治疗耳鸣也比SGB和丹参二组有明显的效果（P＜0．05）。表明SGB＋丹参治疗突聋的疗效明显优于二者单独治疗。
