针对学生自信心不足的情况,利用理论与实践并重的化学课培养学生的自信心,在教学实践中相信并告诉学生:每个学生都是最优秀的;多对学生作肯定性评价,把“你能行”的信息传递给学生;及时赞美学生的成功之处,让事实告诉学生:“你能行”;努力找学生的闪光点,以点带面培养学生的自信;创造机会让学生放手做事,让他们在锻炼中看到自己的力量;对学生进行积极鼓励和成功期待,让学生相信自己能行,鼓励学生多作尝试,努力提升自己各方面的能力等方法,有效地培养学生的自信心。
