Advancing with the times and pioneering and innovating are the theoretical qualities of Marxism. They are the enrichment and development of the party’s emancipatory thinking and the thought-line of seeking truth from facts. They are also the distinctive features of the ideological and theoretical construction of the party from the 15th CPC Congress to the 16th CPC Congress.
