针对基于CAN总线的液压平板负载重力及重心监测系统中线路繁琐、易老化和信道出错堵塞的问题,以CC2530为射频芯片,采用无线传感器网络技术,提出了一种基于Zig Bee的液压平板负载重力与重心监测方法。利用Zig Bee无线传输功能,结合高精度贴片式压力传感器、信号调理电路和AD转换电路以及便携式手持终端和嵌入式显示终端技术,实现对重力与重心的监测。实验结果表明,负载重力测量误差小于5%,重心位置坐标偏离纵、横向线交点的距离误差均小于2.5%,表明此设计具有良好的可靠性和稳定性。
