本文采用因子分析法确定了混合合成食用色素中组分数目及其含量,并采用标准加入法研究了在测定单个样品时,因子分析法的应用。

In this paper, the number of components and their contents in mixed food colorings were determined by factor analysis. The application of factor analysis in the determination of a single sample was studied by standard addition method.
