目的掌握成都双流口岸出入境人员性传播疾病的流行现状和特征,为提高口岸传染病防控能力提供科学依据。方法对收集的2007-01/2011-12双流口岸出入境人员的梅毒和HIV的监测结果和病例流行病学特征进行统计学分析。结果 2007-2011年梅毒检出率出境人员(1.27%)高于入境人员(0.59%),检出率最高的年龄组别为≥50岁,其次是30~49岁,男性多于女性,出国定居人员和劳务人员的检出率较高;HIV-Ab阳性检出率在出境和入境人员中无差异(χ2=0.264,P=0.607),男性感染者居多;出入境人员梅毒、HIV-Ab感染以性传播为主要途径。结论中青年男性是出入境口岸传染病监测的重点人群。
Objective To grasp the prevalence and characteristics of sexually transmitted diseases in entry and exit of Chengdu Shuangliu Port, and to provide a scientific basis for improving the prevention and control of infectious diseases at port. Methods The surveillance results of syphilis and HIV and the epidemiological characteristics of syphilis collected from entry and exit staff at Shuangliu Port from January 2007 to December 2011 were statistically analyzed. Results The detection rate of syphilis in 2007-2011 was 1.27% higher than that of the entry population (0.59%). The highest detection rate was ≥50 years old, followed by 30 ~ 49 years old, more men than women. The detection rate of HIV-Ab was the same among immigrant and immigrant workers (χ2 = 0.264, P = 0.607), and the majority of men were infected with HIV; the syphilis, HIV-Ab Infection as the main way of sexual transmission. Conclusions Middle-aged and young men are the key population of communicable disease surveillance at exit-entry ports.
