目的探讨盒式图(box-whiskers plot)、洛伦茨(Lorenz)曲线和基尼(Gini)系数对广州地区卫生监督人力资源配置公平性评价的效果,为卫生监督资源合理配置评价方法提供实践依据。方法对全市12个区(县级市)卫生监督机构人力资源现状进行调查。结果2006年底,各区(县级市)卫生监督人力资源总量在人口配置上其Gini系数为0.173,在地理配置上其Gini系数为0.566,超过警戒状态。结论卫生监督人力资源总数不足,资源配置的地理可及性有待加强。
Objective To explore the effects of box-whiskers plot, Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient on the fairness evaluation of health supervision and administration of human resources in Guangzhou area, and to provide a practical basis for the evaluation of rational allocation of health supervision resources . Methods The status quo of human resources in health supervision institutions in 12 districts (county-level cities) in the city was investigated. Results At the end of 2006, the total Gini coefficient of health supervision resources in all districts (county-level cities) was 0.173 in terms of population disposition, and its Gini coefficient in geographical distribution was 0.566, exceeding the alert status. Conclusion The total number of human resources for health supervision is insufficient and the geographical accessibility of resource allocation needs to be strengthened.
